Very disappointed with the service of one pharmacist. She opened an Asthma preventer of mine as I hadn't use one of the new styles before, it has ONLY 30 doses and she proceeded to use one of these, and said oops sorry. No compensation and no ownership of the waste of this. This product costs $50 and so it was worth been annoyed about, they way she handled it was most disappointing. Went back yesterday to get another script filled as my doctor is at the medical centre there and is excellent. Paid $40 for sachets instead of tablets which cost $9. Cannot be bothered with this place any more and choose to drive to Chemist Warehouse instead where the pharmacist asks questions and cares about its customers.

You could not want for a better service, the staff here are great , they always have the time to help and advice you, welcome you and ensure your needs are met. Everyone here are genuinely helpful and in these hard times they do everything and anything to make sure you have what you need. The range of products is huge and if they do not have something, they will order it in for you. The prices are always low and competitive The pharmacists here are terrific, so knowledgeable and always treat you as an individual. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you to Mark & Candy and all staff for making it a very clean, open and friendly store.

Amazing people here. I had to isolate because of COVID and was eligible for antiviral medicine because I'm immunosupprest. The GP dropped my script to them and they called me. When they found out I could only get it picked up by someone the following evening a lady called Joan said she would drop it to me on the way home. She wanted me to be safe and start the medication as soon as possible. She dropped it off after 9pm and I started them straight away. I'm a regular here and everyone is very helpful.

Accused of pocketing a store item. Staff said a woman informed them that I put something from the store in my pocket. If they had tagged everything they could have just waited till I exited and there would have been a beeping. Instead had to empty my pockets. If they had thought about it, it was likely a shoplifter trying to detract attention from themselves. A very unpleasant experience to be wrongly accused of something by either a criminal or a blind busybody.

Everyone I've ever dealt with here (pharmacists and pharmacy assistants) has been friendly, helpful and professional. When buying OTC products which is often sensitive and private they are discreet and non-judgemental, or downright rude, as I have experienced at other pharmacies. Thank you all. Great range of other products and I can easily spend money in here after I pick up my script. Always have great specials and huge range of products.

Check prices before buying prescription medication from this chemist. A price changed from $6.10 to $18.99. I contacted other pharmacies in the area and they stated that their prices hadn't changed for this particular medication, they are not sure why this chemist chose to deceipt the local community. Very disappointing. I will not continue to support this chemist and I will be telling my family and friends too.

My partner waited 10 minutes while holding our baby being ignored by staff. Then to top it off, left her script forgotten about in the little basket before it was brought to their attention that it hadn't been filled. Having to wait over 20 minutes at the pharmacy holding a restless baby is hard enough, but the staff made things so much more difficult due to their incompetence.

Thank you to the two ladies (whom I'm sorry I didn't catch your names!) who were working at the chemist on Wednesday morning, who came out to help when I fainted and injured myself on the curb. They went out of their way to take care of me while I was unconscious and even pulled a wheelchair out to me. I'm very grateful for your care and assistance!

I asked at the front of the store for a certain vitamin so the lady got them of the shelf and put them with my scripts that I was buying ,the following week I opened them then realised they weren’t right and they wouldn’t exchange them as they had been opened, I just wish that they could realise they were in the wrong, I went to chemist warehouse,

Fantastic, reliable, efficient, professional customer care and attention. Spot on with script management and contact. Always accomodating to our requests and move mountains to provide what we want. Have only recently discovered this pharmacy that can fulfil my compounding scripts and love all the brands they carry in store that I usually needed to buy online. Eco Tan by Sonya, Bosistos, Loving Tan. The only one I still need is Noosa Basics and then I would be able to get all my products locally. Thanks!
