My first visit to this chemist showed me a vastly different experience from going to our local Chemist Warehouse which is incredibly busy and you can expect upwards of 20-30min wait times for prescriptions. Here it was quiet and staff were pleasant, happy to help and my script was ready quickly. They were even happy to walk me through ingredients and double check for allergies. It has a gentle atmosphere and similar prices to CW, which is maybe 5mins down the road so it's not taking you out of the way. I also like the new Coles which is right across the carpark. You can get your shopping done while your prescriptions are getting ready too. Pretty handy.

This chemist has the most loveliest helpful pharmacist’s and staff you’ll ever meet. They are always willing to help, they make you feel comfortable and go out of their way to make sure you’re looked after whatever your needs may be. Don’t let the size of this chemist fool you, remember it’s not the size that counts hehe, they have had more important stock than chemist warehouse and you get amazing customer service along with your visit, you cannot ask for anymore than that. They’re now not just my Chemist, they’re also my friends so I feel super blessed they’re here xo

I recently injured my elbow playing tennis and have tried various products recommended to me by friends. I was in the area visiting the new Coles and was surprised to see a pharmacy in the shopping square. Finally, we have a pharmacy close to home! I was greeted by one of their staff members as soon as I walked in. The pharmacist there took the time to speak with me about my condition and recommended a really effective soothing gel as well as some anti-inflammatories which has been very effective! Very impressive customer service! I will be back!

Yesterday, my partner, his sister and I went to get our vaccine done by Yinan. When we were waiting, she was talking with us, making us feel comfortable and at ease to get the shot. I myself am afraid of injections and she was so patient, caring and accommodating to my fear. She allowed my partner to stay in the room with me to comfort me. I am so grateful to have gone to this pharmacy and look forward for future visits.

Highly recommend the staff regarding coronavirus injections - I hate needles and crowds and long waits. I wouldn’t go anywhere else the staff are amazing and very efficient- so no long waits, crowds of people and I will only go to Discount Warehouse for any injections which are painless. You can book on line with lots of availability. Just wanted to say a huge thanks for making an anxious person appointment pleasant.

Yesterday I had severe back pain. I went to the pharmacy to have my script filled and to get some pain meds. I was served by a friendly pharmacist (I think her name was Yinan) who provided some recommendations and dispensed my script before I could even finish shopping! The turnaround time here is so much quicker than other pharmacies and staff are friendly too. Will come here to get my scripts filled from now on.

I love this chemist! They have the friendliest staff that are always happy to help. The pharmacist’s are amazing, always letting me know if there will be stock issues with my regular meds. They also have great knowledge and are very friendly. On top of all that, most things are actually cheaper than chemist warehouse and wait times are sooooo much shorter! Definitely come here over anywhere else!

Came across this pharmacy on my way to Ballarat and had to stop by to get an script. Upon arriving at the pharmacy, I was told my script had expired, but the pharmacist Yinan went above and beyond to make contact with my doctor and provided me with my medications! Thank you so much for going into the effort when most pharmacies these days just turn you away. I highly recommend this place!

I called into get a script today, usually goto chemist warehouse weir views and drop in one day and pick up next because they take so long. Walked in thought I’ll drop off and go get my shopping and come back - nope it took her 2 mins and I had my script and was on my way. She even kept my old riot on file and will send me a text message when I’m getting low.

The staff at Direct Chemist Cobblebank are friendly and very approachable. A great range of pharmaceutical and beauty supplies. It was very convenient to also get some documents certified and stat dec witnessed whilst I was there. The chemist location is accessible to Cobblebank Station and parking facilities. I highly recommend a visit to the team

Vey bad, not cooperating. I was supposed to buy more then $500 medications but there I wanted to return for one $12 medication was bought here. They didn’t return and did their own lost of $500 medications.

Very fast to get my scripts! I think I waited only less than 5 minutes for my two scripts when I normally wait one hour for them down the road. Prices reasonable, and staff very friendly and knowledgeable!
