I went to this place with my pals, only to leave with a stressed out and distraught friend. I was told that she was kicked out for 'suspicious activites' despite having no evidence. There seems to be a judgemental staff among your team, I would advise you get your act together before anyone else falls victim to this nonsense.

Customer service is terrible, it will be my first and last time coming to this chemist. I personally prefer going to price line or even better chemist warehouse. Should’ve looked at the reviews before going into the chemist. Never going back again! If only I could give it a 0 because that’s how I rate my experience!

I cannot say enough how caring & knowledgeable all the staff are here. They are the best pharmacy I have dealt with in a long time and will travel out of my way to get there. My friend was recently accused of stealing and peeling a sticker off a tester product at this shop. It really hurt me to witness it as it had happened to 2 people by the same worker. I have trust issue's for this shop and I know customers would never want to experience this too.

The pharmacist is rude does not even know basic customer service. I been a regular customer here but the way he explained refund process that he does not care. You may more customers but you will loose customers soon if you continue with this behaviour.
