Horrible experience! Tried booking an appointment today and the lady that answered had ZERO customer service skills. I was hoping to book a Saturday appointment and the lady replied with no i'm going away Saturday. Asked if she has weekdays after 5pm and said latest was 5:30.. I was trying to find a schedule that will work as I get off work later than 5pm. She said i already gave you 6 days. How is her tue-friday 6 days? It's not her words but the tone and manner she talked to a potential customer was absolutely rude and unacceptable. Told her she's being rude and that i will have to cancel my order. She replied with okay cancel your groupon as we can't work together then hang up the phone on me. It was so bad i had to report and trade-in my groupon as I would never dare go there for her services. So unprofessional. Beware!

Well considering I never was actually able to get my haircut here, this will be a short review. My husband purchased a Groupon for me to get a hair cut and colour. I called to make an appointment. The only time I was able to go based on the hours open was a Saturday. Whoever I talked to made it a big deal about a Groupon on Saturday. Said that was her mental health day, and if I ”behaved myself” she would take my appointment. So I booked for 10:30am the next Saturday, even though I wanted to cancel everything right then and there. Next Saturday come, I show up for 10:30. My lady isn’t there, but I’m told that she usually shows up for 10:30 to just have a seat and wait. I continued to wait until 11:00am still no clerk. I got dressed and walked out. I won’t be trying again.

Bad phone call answering, leaves a bad taste to proceeding further. They say the diplomat, then nothing. I asked for a haircut, mentioned the groupon. "We do not do Groupon" and "have asked for it to be removed". (normally you are told I'll give you the services on the Groupon for the Groupon price. This is due to the company only making a small amount off the Groupon amount paid.) I asked if I could get in shortly, the woman said sure. We talked about prices of a haircut and the haircut with highlights and shampoo listed on Groupon. My name was not asked for or my phone number to put in the appointment book.

Just called them to simply get clarification on their groupon coupon and coloring services. She immediately called me out asking for them. Then she said she's casual, I'm structured and we're not a right fit so I should look elsewhere?? What the hell kind of reaction is that?? Serious discrimination and bad attitude alert. She and I did agree on one thing, I will not be giving them my business. I give this establishment a zero star rating as there is nothing redeeming about it. Also, it seems that the salon's name is intended to be ironic because they were simply not diplomatic.

The salon is in a house. The room I had my waxing in was cold, dirty and uncomfortable. The table that I laid on was draped in dirty towels/blankets. Did not feel sterile. The wax was too hot. The curtain did not cover the window entirely and I felt very exposed. The lady that did the wax did not leave the room so I could change, told me how much it was, I got dressed, paid and then left. I did not go to a till to pay. The whole experience was very weird, unprofessional and uncomfortable and I wont be back.

good hair place! I would probably go again. I'm always looking to try new places, but after one simple cut I've got Diplomat in my mind for a good to go. they're pretty informal. didn't even ask my name when I called to make an appointment, nor upon me arriving. kinda odd. but the staff are friendly and my stylist did a great job! exactly what I wanted and gage me tips on how to help my dry hair. recommended!

Just called to book an appointment. without missing a beat, they said "No, call back next week". I had not given them a time or date yet. This does NOT seem very professional. without any regard to the date I'm looking for, being told, No call back, is not the best way i would like to start a relationship with a customer.

phoned in to make an appointment, said "hello good afternoon" to the women working. she replies with "get on with it what do you want" thats when i instantly hung up, horrible way to answer a customer

This is the hair saloon that I love! The owner is very capable, fast and she understands every time what I want. Never judge by the box but on what is contained!! I'll came back always …

Such an amazing group of people that work here. They are awesome at their cuts and colors! Recommend that you try these guys out. Love my new hair!

If you do manage to get an appointment, do not keep it, as the experience will be absolutely nightmarish.
