Not for human consumption. Some meals i couldnt even give my dogs for an overload of garlic. I tried my best to give this a chance after they arrived in plastic sealed bags and each sauce was the same colour; the colour of vomit. I went through the effort of overnight defrosting as instructed, and then reheating. The food looked so gross noone in my family would try it. I tried every meal. Its like someone who doesnt know how to cook just threw some ingredients in a pressure cooker and pressed a button. The beef was soo tough, I couldnt even cut it with a knife and fork and this was beef in a curry. Its really hard to manage to keep slow cooked beef tough. Whoever started this business, it would have been advisable to have some cooking knowledge and talent before hedging your bets at selling food to other people. A complete waste of $200 and all the time i took defrosting and cooking because it all went in the bin.

This is my 1st order and order 7 items. Tried the mixed berries muffins and apple cider chicken. So delicious like home cooking. Reasonable price and portion too. Muffins are not so sweet as the commercial one and the apple cider chicken, chicken with mushroom and onion are marvellous. The classic meatballs is a bit dry. Suggest to add almond meal to mix with the mince. Also, if use pork and beef mince should not so dry. I had tried a few online prepared cook food companies in the past. They were high in sodium like Big supermarket prepared meals. No real food taste. I am looking forward to the full list of muffins available for order. Wish Winter soup and quiches are available in future menu. Rachel is so attentive to any queries and highly recommended Dinner on the Table!! We used Dinner on the Table to cater for a conference we recently held. The food was fabulous, exactly what we were after. It was plentiful, fresh and delicious. The morning and afternoon tea was abundant, the fruit was just ripe, sweet and delicious. There was a great variety in the lunch rolls, wraps and sandwiches and the fillings were overflowing. The dietary requirements we had were handled with no fuss and clearly labelled. No one went hungry. The presentation in the boxes made it so easy for us to just put out and let our guests help themselves with minimal fuss yet looking presentable. Delivery was right on time. The value for money is second to none. Nothing was too hard for Rachel and her team. I would highly recommend Dinner on the Table for your next function.

These meals saved our collective butts - our staff team needed a quick solution to an unexpected catering problem, and Rachel created a plan that fit our budget with efficiency and creativity. Not only was the food delicious and presented beautifully, she also catered for little kids (who LOVED and actually ate the food) and thoughtfully adapted meals for the different dietary requirements, including a last minute addition the night before that I'd forgotten about. Lunch was delivered hot and on time for our program, which was incredible. Thank you so much for making our staff conference so much easier. Dinner on the Table has been feeding my family and I for over 3 years and I've never been disappointed with any meal or interaction with them. I love how their food is real home cooking, tastes fresh and wholesome and is incredibly easy to order. On the nights I just can't find the energy to cook, their food saves the day; it's food I'm happy for my family to devour, unlike take aways. More than anything tho, the fact that they use their business to improve the loves of families that face challenges is really what makes me a Dinner On The Table evangelist. With so many consumer decisions to try to make with a good conscious for, this one is an easy "yes" for me every time. Plus, it's DELICIOUS.

We were very happy with Dinner On The Table. Rachel was really helpful talking us through a Middle Eastern food night for Robyn’s 60th. It was a, literally, mouthwatering and sumptuous feast for an intimate setting in our home. The birthday cake was a picture (complete with Persian fairy floss). Rachel was more than happy to also provide a smaller cake for a guest with an allergy. Everyone ate very well, with thankfulness. Natasha, one of Rachel’s team, was delightful: taking care of food presentation; cleaning up - she served us well. Dinner On The Table helped make our celebration a great night. Wow. We hired Dinner on the Table for a 50th birthday on a hotel rooftop for 26 guests. From initial discussions of options, all the way through to clean-up after the dinner, I was very impressed with what Rachel and her team pulled together. On the night, Renee looked after us. She was brilliant and made the pre-board look Instagram-worthy and also fitted in so smoothly and made everything effortless on our part. Almost every guest went out of their way to say that both the food and service were exceptional (and this from a group of people nearly all with backgrounds in hospitality). I would not hesitate to recommend.

The serves were very generous and tasty with plenty left over, and it was enjoyed by all. Rachel was very helpful over the phone as well as with providing all the food allergy information we needed. If you’re looking for a caterer for your function I cannot recommend Dinner on the Table enough. I recently engaged them for my 50th birthday party at home. The staff were very friendly and professional. We worked together to ensure all guests were happy, the menu consisted of dietary needs from allergies to vegetarian meals. Nothing was too difficult. My guests left satisfied and praised the meals. They even catered for the kids. They set up, waited and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely hire Rachel and her team again. We recently tried your granola and loved it! I am not really into granolas or I guess have associated it with healthy eating and therefore it doesn't taste good. I was just curious to try it out as my family has enjoyed a range of your delicious food and was pleasantly surprised that your granola is so yummy! My family and I are now huge fans of your granola! I hope you keep this one in your range as I definitely will recommend it to others!

I feel bad to leave a negative review because I do support what this social enterprise is doing but the quality of the food is very average. We have eaten eggplant mousakka, pesto scrolls, sausage rolls, leek and mushroom chicken, scones and biscotti biscuits. We’ve fallen ill a few times after consuming their food and I’m convinced they aren’t good quality. We have 4 other meals remaining and will likely give them away or bin them. I feel that dinner on the table should improve the quality of their ingredients and add health food ratings on all the food packaging.

Every meal I have eaten from Dinner on the Table has been fantastic. It truly tastes like a home cooked meal. The food is delivered by courier and you are given a time frame when you need to be home. It arrives frozen and packed so it can be easily stored in the freezer. I can highly recommend the meat pies and the Singapore Noodles. I have a whole freezer full of food just waiting to be served up. The servings are very generous. A 3-4 serve meal served 3 hungry adults with plenty left over for 2 lunch serves the next day.

My company held a social event to which we had 40 attendees. We wanted to use a social enterprise for the dessert catering, and incorporate their message "like inviting a family to the table with you" into our welcome speech. I found Dinner On The Table to be very helpful and responsive with my enquiries, and delivery was as per schedule. The slices we ordered were of excellent quality, with a beautiful selection to choose from, that also catered for those with gluten or nut intolerences. Five stars out of five!

I have used Dinner On The Table for several parties and most recently for a 'birthday brunch' for about 40 people. The food is consistently deliciously excellent and the service is caring & professional, from choosing from the extensive menu (incl. catering for guests with dietary issues), to serving on the day. I had Dinner on the Table cater an event I was hosting at a Tesla showroom and the canapes they made for us were full of flavour, fresh and very well-presented. Will definitely use them again for future events. They had already catered a function for my Rotary Club the week before. Delicious food for a good cause. Win, win! (N.B. The display boards are my own. I believe you can rent food display boards through them though if needed.)

Rachel and her team are a breeze to work with (understanding, kind, and always going above and beyond). I ordered some meals for my elderly parents. My Mum has always been a very good cook and both Mum and Dad have high standards with their food They really liked the look of the meals and had the beef bourguignon tonight: “We have just enjoyed half the beef bourg. Good size serves and tasted lovely. Impressed with everything. Thank you so much.” Your social enterprise is a wonderful bonus.

Tried to place an order on their website and they were out of stock of Butter Chicken and Cottage Pies in Family Packs. I emailed them in the morning (approx. 9.30am) and in 15mins they had more loaded on the website. I ordered 15mins later and the order was delivered that afternoon. Admittedly I am only 35 mins away from their kitchen, but it goes to show they are serious about what they do

1 out of 7 meals i ordered, was just ok to eat and didnt up in the bin which was quite below average aswell, everything else tasted disgusting and ended up throwing in the bin. Will not recommend at all. I would give zero star if i could.
