I just visited this location today. Every time I come here I typically have a good experience, like I come here every other week but today made me realize I have better luck going to A Dunkin in uptown Charlotte. One of the girls working today was unbelievably rude. When my mom questioned about the coffee she had about why her coffee honestly tasted awful like the girl didn’t have the sense to have stirred it before she handed it off like you’d think a coffee that is I don’t know $6 you’d think the “barista” would make it a little more than mediocre. My mom went on to make a comment that it just doesn’t taste right like Starbucks and the girl made sure to inform my mom that y’all are not starbucks. I’m glad your worker is smart enough to know where she works but I think she needs to be taught customer service. Hopefully a manager sees this because the girls took down my information and I would love to speak to someone with some authority.

I actually love the spice Chai Latte. What I don't love is their inconsistencies. What are the hours? Google says they are open until 7pm. The hours on the door say 9am-7pm, but the doors are locked and lights are off, before 7pm. A few weeks ago I was here just before 9 and the young woman inside paid no attention to me. Didnt open until almost 9:10. I try to call and no one answers. The customer service is so poor. I'm going to be looking for a new establishment to get my Chai Lattes. This place has disappointed too many times.

Went by on yesterday afternoon May 11. The GIRLS were not friendly at all. One of them were actually leaning on the counter and seem very unhappy and impatient while I was viewing the menu. She basically didn’t acknowledge me at all . I could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there at all!!!!! Very unprofessional and not friendly at all!! Terrible customer service!! I will never purchase from A place like that. I will keep my money.

Sam and the younger, tall girl that she was working with are FANTASTIC. So friendly and helpful! I commented on a three tier server they had on the counter saying how I was looking for that exact thing and she took it upon herself to call the owner and then came and FOUND us in the store to let us know where we could get it! Customer service at it finest and the coffee was also delicious :)

Bad customer service! The staff was not welcoming at all, the cashier was so rude. She looked and sounded so annoyed while taking my order. When my order was ready it was just left on the counter, I assumed it was mine so I had to go ask. The coffee was good but the service was BAD, will not be returning.

The female cashier/barista behind the counter kept wiping her nose with the inside of her shirt and made no effort to wash her hands. She continued to make customer’s beverages. I left the line and took my business elsewhere.

So incredibly disrespectful to diverse people. No accountability for workers behavior. Purposefully making coffee wrong and then making her feel in the wrong when she talked to manager (very nicely) about behavior. Will never go there - go to Mugs Coffee or Biddy and Beaus instead!

Portafilter left out of the brew head is a key signal the baristas don't know what they are doing. I asked them why and she said to make it quicker to get coffee added. Then the frothing wand had caked on milk from all day - gross. And

employees are rude, such a bad attitude. will not be coming back. came in here as a group with my cousins and she rolled her eyes as we walked in, looked annoyed that we were adding something else to our order. overall just bad service.

I go there every day that I work to get a caramel frappuccino, everybody who works there is beyond pleasant, also have the best quality and price for the drinks that they sell to my knowledge of places I have gone to in the mall

A great little coffee shop at the entrance of Belk, it's a nice treat with local flavor. A nice variety of coffee beverages, sandwiches and even wine! While you're out shopping, take a break and enjoy something tasty.

LOVED IT!! Free sample of coffee, and the very sizeable espresso brownie I purchased for just three dollars was something new, creative, and interesting! Give this place a go, if you are in/near Belk. ☕

Great little coffee shop. This place can go toe to toe with the big franchise coffee shops. Stop in and enjoy the flavors!

Small tucked away coffee shop in the mall. Their chai latte is good ( high on sugar though). Decent customer service. Nice loose tea and coffee selection.

Was Lucky enough to have Maura As my drink maker. Very courteous, helpful with all of the choices, and wanted me to really enjoy my drink. Thank you much.

The staff here are awesome all of the time, so if you get bad service at the Starbucks, this place is in the Belk on the other side of the mall.

There's a Starbucks in the mall and I'd much rather go here it's way less busy and the tea selection is not only huge but very delicious! …

Grabbed coffee here and it wasn't that great. Perhaps just a bad brew, who knows, I didn't go back. Staff were friendly enough..

Customer service was non existent. The worker was more worried about the Kentucky derby than she was about doing her actual job.

One of my favorite morning stops for fresh coffee and lunch.
