"Place has gone downhill"
"Staff was fantastic, super friendly and engaging"
"The service was awesome! I wish I remember the young lady's name that served me"
"Friendly and welcoming staff"
"Service was great, brisket was wonderful, would of gotten 5 stars if they didn’t skimp so much on the bbq sauce, be sure to ask for extra"
Place has gone downhill. Used to be the best bargain at the airport, but they’ve gone cheap. Their tacos are cut in half, so you buy two to get one, and the ‘burritos’ are about the size of a taco. Food is still good which is why I left 2 stars, but being cheap is going to cost them since there are too many other good options.
Staff was fantastic, super friendly and engaging. There was a lack of stools at the bar and they didn’t have hardly any mixers for the drinks. The frontline employees are absolutely fantastic which is why we stayed, senior leadership may need to be changed though in order to improve the establishment overall
The service was awesome! I wish I remember the young lady's name that served me. She was so kind and helpful. I didn't like the chicken Tortilla soup(I am a bit of a soup snob) and sent it back. I apologized profusely and she assured me it was alright... no worries. I'll be back for the wings though. More
Friendly and welcoming staff. Great food. Only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because one staff reached into my utensils to grab the free sandwich coupon vs allowing me to give it to her. I'm a bit of a germaphobe. Had it not been for that I feel they deserve a full 5 stars. Great job Dickey's!!!
Service was great, brisket was wonderful, would of gotten 5 stars if they didn’t skimp so much on the bbq sauce, be sure to ask for extra. We got the bbq beans, which were just ok and the potato casserole, which was very dry. As airport food experiences go, it was better than most. More
It was in an airport so the atmosphere can never be adequate. I stopped in two eateries and the customer service was OFF the charts. People often foget that there are times when excellent customer service makes up for so many other areas. I so enjoyed my pizza and bbq chicken! More
AVOID THIS PLACE! BAIT & SWITCH. Just purchased a HALF pound of brisket...sign clearly reads $16.50 per POUND, yet we were charged $16.50 for our 1/2 pound, and told that's "right" when we questioned the price. This place is ripping people
I traveled to Dallas Love Field Airport for a recent business trip and found myself starving upon arrival. I made my way to the food court to examine my options. I stumbled upon a barbecue restaurant called Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. I ended
The open at 8am at least, I just got breakfast there. It was faaaaaaantastic. Jalapeño sausage with eggs and cheese on Texas toast. Better than Whataburger breakfast and there was no line. My wife went to Whataburger and waited 20mins to
Had a truly amazing experience with the bartender Brian! Upbeat personality and a great taste in music which made it a welcoming and fun environment! The ambiance was immaculate!!! However while sitting at the bar a piece of the bar fell
Sat by the bar and met a wonderful bartender by the name of Brian. The service was extraordinary. However, the bar was falling apart. The chairs are worn down, creaky and not enough seats. As we were having a conversation a piece of the
I must say as a chef I'm not a huge fan of the sauce here and it deterred me from eating here, but the other day my coworker said try the baked potato you'll like it. Two days later she went and bought me a loaded chicken buffalo baked
If you're lucky to snag a tall counter seat at this airport BBQ joint, it's worth every penny. The right side of the restaurant is for to-go orders only, and the left one with a bar allows you to order and eat at the counter. The last
$13.20 plus Tax for the smallest “BBQ” portion of chicken with employees who are upset that you are there. I understand why the line at Chick-Fil-a was so long. 25% less expense for better quality and portions
Customer service is awful. My husband couldn't hear them amd asked server to speak up and was ignored along w them being extremely rude. Food was subpar at best and yes I know it's airport food. More
For an airport version they were spot on. They made good recommendations and didn't try to sell me more than I could eat before my flight. Got brisket and it was the right recommendation. More
I ordered two breakfast, brisket tacos from the Love Field location. Food is fantastic, but the service was terrible. All three staff members were in a bad mood and they were not organized.
It is a great place to stop, especially for an airport restaurant. Folks behind the counter were accommodating and happy to discuss the menu. Excellent food service and prices. More
My children and I ate there, and I was surprised that it was basically self-serve. Getting a table took a while. The Beef BBQ was great-it's Texas, the others were okay
Counter was filthy and it had just opened so makes you wonder how dirty things were left overnight. Meat was very dry and tasted day old and not fresh. More
Service was very good and fast, but the food was a little bland for barbecue. They also seemed to be out of or missing a lot of items when I was there More
Airport food is a qrap shoot. It depends on the people, not the name, unfortunately. Servings are small, and meat is not as good as in the real world. More
Got the 3 rib combo. You would not expect "airport food" to be this good. The ribs were tasty, the sauce was good, and the fries were great too. More
Pretty hungry and tried the BBQ brisket. I also had fries and okra which is made to order so it was fresh. I like good BBQ and this was good.
$15 for a potato with 4oz of brisket and the spud is so undercooked it was crunchy and broke the plastic fork. Great job guys.
Worst BBQ ive ever had. Staff were rude as well. Will never go here again. Overpriced as well.
