Really poor service. The local Malaysian staff here have a terrible attitude and only the foreign staff were eager to be helpful. Went twice to get some paint located on the third floor. We were there on Monday evening at about 6.30pm and went upstairs to the paint section, only to have to wait for the (local) staff in charge to only come up and serve us 15-20 mins later. He mixed the paint for us then went off to the toilet for 10 mins without telling us that it was ready, when we were clearly just waiting around to collect the paint to pay. On Wednesday we had to return to get more paint. Again, my husband went up to the third floor to get an extra tin only to find that there was no one on the floor and again we had to wait another 10 mins before being served. While my husband was upstairs, I was waiting for him downstairs. I was clearly very heavily 8 1/2 mths pregnant and could not stand very long and asked whether I could sit on a chair. The local Malaysian cashier WOULD NOT ALLOW ME to SIT ANYWHERE despite leaning against a chair that she was not even using and only when my husband came down to discover my standing told off the staff and it was only when the foreign staff actually offered up a stool for me to sit on while we had to wait for the paint. The local cashier was indignant and unapologetic as she perched herself against her chair.

Staff that I meet very good service BUT when pay at cashier and I tell the staff (Indian women) use credit card with waive (esp. mco contact less). When I hold the card and want to scan She Suddenly GRAB my card and plug in card machine, I was like ... I ask why ya I want waive, she explained something like lower or over any price have to plug cannot waive ok fine, I'm not mine that. What I'm concern is, Hello can you ask customer in polite to get permission to take the card?! You know your face is like I'm owe you money, and I'm like the thieve who steal your card actually...

This is a hardware shop where you can really get some good advice and not be pushed into buying the most expensive items that you actually don't need. They might not have a product line up like the ones of some of the larger hardware chains that you can find nowadays in almost any mall but at least their staff is really knowledgeable unlike the ones in the chain stores who for most don't even understand English

Used to be my go to place for hardware because their staff were helpful especially one of the Malay staff. Had bad experience today. Rude staff (speak with a tone as if I owe him money), not helpful in finding items that I couldn’t find on the shelf. Bought metal netting and they didn’t bother to tie it up so that it’s easier to carry. Not coming here again. I’ll take my business to other stores.

Came twice to purchase paint from this store but the attitude of this one particular male- m staff was terrible. Didn’t want to explain when customers are asking and didn’t have the patience either . To the owner of this outlet- I know that workers are hard to come by but it’s better to have fewer workers than to have lousy ones that drive customers away. Won’t be back !

Halo every professional guys. How can this happen. If you could not provide same color. Then dont. How can my works done with these 2 different color. Horrible service. The person whom i asked for a quote for diy service and materials, went to immediately cut the materials without informing me the price before hand as I wanted to make a comparison and did not have all the parts to complete my project and wanted me to pay for them. He was then rude and shouted back at me for his impulsivity.

Went in the rain this evening and arrived just before closing . Scanned mySejahtera and entered. Staff and cashier said Closed already Told them it's not yet 6.00 . They were not interested to find out what I wanted. It could have been right in front of the store. ! But no .. so I took my business elsewhere .

A place where you can get your needs for DIY and anything related to gardening . Great for browsing around as there are plenty of choices and of good quality too. Service was fast as the place was not crowded just now.....got my nettings cut pretty quick.

This is a pretty big hardware shop. I was looking for a toilet flush arm and managed to find it here. The staff are ok, not the best but they are doing the best they can. Friendly enough. The prices don't seem too outrageous either.

Rude cashier! I bought Rm 250+, paid the bill with credit. Then I realised I forgot to buy two more item worth RM 35. Rudely told no card when purchase less than Rm50. I won't patronise this shop again

You can get lots of DIY stuff here. The best thing about this place is they have computer paint mixing machine to tailor for all the paint colours that you seek for nippon and ici paints.

They sell cement here. RM 2 for 2kg. Went around other hardware shops which didn't sell cement. If you need cement, can come here to get it.
