انا اسمي محمد فوزي استأجرت سيارة ودفعت مبلغ شهر٢٠٠٠ درهم ومبلغ تأمين ١٠٠٠ درهم وخلص الشهر يوم ٦/٨/٢٠٢٢ واتصلت علي الموظفة اسمها ماريا قلتلها اني مش هكمل الشهر التاني قالت لي مفيش مشكلة اخر الشهر او لما تيجي ترجع السيارة ادفع اليوم اتفاجأت ان تم خصم مبلغ ٢٢٠٥ دون علمي من المحاسب احمد سلطح لو سمحت انا بطلب استرجاع المبلغ لحسابي بكره بالكامل وقبل ما يخصم شيء من حسابي دون وجه حق وقبل الخصم من حسابي يجب ان يعرفني انا لا انصح اي حد يتعامل معاهم وخصوصا اني اتصلت علي وبلغتها اني سوف استأجر السيارة لمده اسبوعين فقط لو سمحت المبلغ الذي تم خصمه يرجع الحساب I rented a car and paid a month’s amount of 2000 dirhams and a security deposit of 1000 dirhams, and the month ended on 6/8/2022. So many bad reviews and here I am adding to this, I was renting a car through my insurance and they gave me a 2023 car the next day the car ran out of battery, I understand life happens at times but they were not even bothered to compensate with anything…wasted my time With useless people working here never again, and I asked them to come take the car with no replacement even though I am eligible for one not risking it after the experience I had. Oh yes and the car never gets locked and it is 2023, put some money to service your cars and learn how to satisfy your customers.

We had a good experience with diamond lease, I have rented a car from them for around 3 months I am pleased to say they have not disappointed me, the car was maintained in good condition and car was clean when received the only issue is some of your A/C vents were damaged previously which was making it hard for me to blow cold air to myself. Overall, I had a good experience and since I rented 2 times from them already and they were really reliable and professional on the paperwork as well from taking the car and handing the car back. Good job from diamond lease!

We had a great experience with Diamondlease Al Quoz branch. We rented a Mitsubishi Attrage on a monthly rate for almost a year and our customer representative Neeraj was extremely professional and helpful throughout our rental period. Always reachable via mobile phone and quick to respond to any queries. The car was almost brand new when we received it and was in perfect condition. We will definitely use the Diamondlease Al Quoz branch ourselves again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. 5/5

Really wrost experience They asked me to pay for damages that has been done I don't know from who, after I delivered the car to the car shop, prices are really high and no maintenance to the car even if i rented the car for 8 months never called me to check if the car was good if any problem or whatever...for that prices you can find better cars around don't let this people stole your money please!!!

A bunch of clowns running a rent a car company, would write a much worse review, already wasted enough time with the useless people that work here. Just dont use them you will regret it. FYI there so called technician opened the boot to check the problem with car

Be aware of long waiting time for signing the papers. For us it took 45+ to sign 1 paper for adding an additional driver… disappointed However, the car is nice ;) …

The best car rental service In Dubai. I recommend them to anyone. Easy booking through app. All together I have enjoyed all aspect of their services.

Good cars with good prices, but I believe I had hidden fees and dishonest practices in my case. Would not recommend.
