Ashley and the guys are extremely professional, providing an exceptional customer service experience. They diagnosed a major failure of my vehicle without hesitation, had me back on the road within 24 hours as good as new. Nothing was too much trouble, they added an engine service to their workload at my request and also discovered my front brakes needed work. Had the best experience from Diamond Valley Autocare. Desperately needed Michelin SUV tyres as one of my tyres was leaking badly. Called Autocare, Ash was courteous, highly knowledgeable and ordered the tyres that very day. The tyres arrived in just 4 hours from my call, were the best price in town. Ash even threw in the fitting and balancing of the tyres for free! Talk about making a customer's day. WHAT A LIFE SAVER!!!!! I'll become a customer for life after today's effort!!!!! Paul

Had my Ford Fiesta serviced there, called me up and told me the tires had to be realigned which they charged me extra $79 which Beaurepaires would do it for free, had my both head lamps replaced, but they didn't have them fitted properly so the light bulbs are just dangling. I never had any problem with the break fluid with my Fiesta after having my car for a year, but I found a leak of break fluid just 2 weeks after the service I had there. Never gonna head back there!

I have been dealing with Ash and Jeff for 6 years now and i love that my disaster becomes their easy solution ! This has ranged from picking my wife and kids up on the side of the road , to an easy service , quick caravan electrical repair just heading off on a holiday, checking out a car i was purchasing to their friendship and good advice ! If I had to breakdown anywhere, I’m truly lucky it was right near Diamond Valley Autocare!

These guys are great at changing tyres over, but they should remove all other signage about suspension and servicing and 4x4. No communication, couldn’t be bothered to adjust my suspension which is what I wanted and just let my car sit all day. Then when asked about it the boss got very defensive and angry. Could’ve at least told me he couldn’t do the job early so I could find somewhere else.

Have used Diamond Valley Autocare on a regular basis and they never disappoint. Recently had a set of Pirelli tyres fitted to my LC200 Landcruiser and as usual they provided a competitive price, exceptional service and a seamless transaction. Hard to drop the car at peak hours and not much room to park the car as it is within the service station. They are very busy and there are a lot of cars parked already. Quick service and seems professional.

Went here for a puncture , they said they took a nail out. Next day tyre is down to 20. Went to a different tyre place they told me they've done nothing, didn't even take a nail out. Don't go here!

Worst customer service i have ever had, wont even rate it one star but i had to give them a rating. High prices, misleading infomation and racist remarks is just what i got from a 5 min visit
