ધંધુકા એ ભારતના ગુજરાત રાજ્યના અમદાવાદ જિલ્લામાં આવેલું એક શહેર છે. તે ભાલ પ્રદેશનો એક ભાગ છે. ધંધુકાની સ્થાપના કોળી ધના મેર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હોવાનું કહેવાય છે, જેઓ શરૂઆતના સમયમાં સિંધમાંથી ગુજરાતમાં આવ્યા હતા. કોઈ પુત્ર ન હોવાથી, ધના મેહદે એભલ વાલોના ક્રોધમાં બ્રાહ્મણ શરણાર્થીઓની પાર્ટીને કાયમી ભેટ તરીકે આ શહેર આપ્યું હોવાનું કહેવાય છે. ચૌલુક્ય રાજા કુમારપાલએ તેમના જન્મસ્થળ પર મંદિર ઊભું કર્યું. મુસ્લિમો અને મરાઠાઓ હેઠળ, ધંધુકાએ એક દેશી નગર તરીકે તેનું સ્થાન જાળવી રાખ્યું. ધંધુકાના ચુડાસમા રાજપૂતો જૂનાગઢના પ્રાચીન અને રજવાડાના વંશજો હતા. સોરઠના એક રાનો એક નાનો પુત્ર, જેનું નામ ભીમજી હતું, તેના વતન તરીકે ચાર "ચોરાશી" અથવા જિલ્લાઓ પ્રાપ્ત થયા હોવાનું કહેવાય છે, જેમાં દરેક ચોર્યાસી ગામો છે; જેમાંથી એક, ધંધુકા જિલ્લો, તેમના પુત્ર રેસલજીને વારસામાં મળ્યો હતો. Dhandhuka is a city in Ahmedabad district in the Indian state of Gujarat. It is a part of Bhal region. Dhandhuka is said to have been founded by Koli Dhana Mer, who came to Gujarat from Sindh in early times. Having no son, Dhana Mehd is said to have given the city as a permanent gift to a party of Brahmin refugees in anger of Ebhal Valo. The Choulukya king Kumarapala built a temple at his birthplace. Under the Muslims and the Marathas, Dhandhuka retained its position as a country town. The Chudasma Rajputs of Dhandhuka were ancient and princely descendants of Junagadh. A younger son of a Ra of Sorath, named Bhimji, is said to have received as his native land four "chorashis" or districts, each containing eighty-four villages ; One of which, the Dhanduka district, was inherited by his son Resalji.

Kafi accha bus station hai. Yadi ham valbhipur, dholera, barvala, palitana, ki bat kare to in sabme dhandhuka bus stop best he. Dusra ki yaha par sabhi bus aram se mil jati he kyuki ye center me aata he.

Newly constructed good ST stsnd in dhandhuka..There is canteen but it's food is not good. They sale local companies food packets.

Very bad traffic jam always due to bridge construction and police checking. No traffic rules followed or alternate route given.

Dholera GSRTC depot has come up in new building, there are many spaces for bus parking. And there are food shops too.
