Extremely bad and horrible customer service by the pharmacist CALVIN DUONG. As I always come to buy milk and medicine before for my family but not anymore. We are OK to pay $1 per certified paper, $2 for the declaration or police check working with children check, etc (which should be free), but still receive an attitude from him. He said the birth certificate can’t be certified, I need to go back to the lawyer to get that paper certified. Then I came to another pharmacy, he did it for free. (Aussie man). After that, I came back to talk to him, he pretended like he didn’t understand anything, and wanted to come out to argue with me but another lady pulled him back. How bad the customer service is! Customers come to buy things and pay money, even pay for the certified services (which should be free); not asking for money. Disrespectful and racist!

I have been seeing Dom for the past 30 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dom is the most caring pharmacist he really takes an interest in his patients health and wellbeing. He has seen me go through very hard times but has never judged me and now when it comes to my pharmaceuticals needs I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I always refer my family and friends to him. I look at Dom like a father he is always there to help and always extends out his hand to not only listen to my medical needs but actually cares and always checks on me through family when I can’t physically go in which makes me feel special that he cares enough to take the time out of his very busy day to stop and have a talk.

Best people ever! The girls and guys who work here are so nice and NON-judgemental. They treat you like family when you are on the program. Dom is the owner and is so helpful and nice too. His very attentive and he cares, and his fair. All the staff make you feel at home, they love my baby son, they seen him since he was in his mums tummy, my son who is almost 1 now looks foward to going here everyday. They give him so much attention and fuss over him so much, he loves it, we look foward going there too. It makes being on the program much easier... its always a bit of a hassle going everyday, but when you have people like these its alot better. Thanks guys!

Dom is the owner and pharmacist at your friendly service, very genuine caring person who'll help you with any needs. Very easy to talk to and extremely attentive... Has trained his staff well , every time I go to the chemist it's been great, fast and friendly service , the prices are fairly priced and many discounted things , as competitive to the big chain 'discount chemist' warehouse's etc... Overall feel better giving my money to small Australian business than the big chains that feel so impersonal.

I had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, as they were able to answer all of my questions with ease. I was impressed by the level of care and attention they provided, and I left feeling confident in the quality of service I received. Overall, I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of their services.

Worst customer service. Rude staff. Sold me 90 tabs instead of 30 and said that’s what the prescription said. I didn’t see the prescription properly and believed they might be right and paid 80$. When i got to know it was just 30 tabs and tried to return them they are saying they don’t care what the prescription or doctor says and won’t refund the money. Conning people, selling more for money and having the guts to say that’s the law is ridiculous.

For those people who need medication everyday and pay $5.50 pr day or $35 pr week here. All the discount pharmacys and most other pharmacys change $5 pr day $30 pr week or $50 pr fortnight which if paying pr fortnight saves you aprox $500 pr year or $40 pr month. Also they give credit if needed and staff are so much nicer and less intrusive. I urge you all to change pharmacys you will be so much happier. Take care and stay safe Dianne

I have been going to this pharmacy since I was 11years of age..I’m nearly 60 years of age. Dominic & staff have always been helpful. Particularly checking any interactions with medications. And during this Covid Pandemic on a number of occasions Dominic has personally delivered medications to my door (adhering to social distancing etc) If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Excellent Service by Everyone over my lifespan.

Edit: The closing time has changed to 8pm for now but I've been told that it might go back to 9pm again someday. This has been my chemist for decades. The owner Dominic truly cares & the rest of the staff are great too. It's open til 9pm every day & the prices are usually the lowest around.

My experience is very bad with this pharmacy because every time I go to buy anything, they write different price on the label and they sell one or two dollars extra. When I complaint they give some excuses like prices increased now or that's the other price tag which is beside that.

Friendly staff & always very helpful, Has been there for a very long time for good reason. If you consider the demographic as well, then these staff members do amazing work. I Have found the pricing more than reasonable & I’m more than happy to recommend.

I have used this pharmacy for many years even when I moved out of the area I would return to use this pharmacy because of the quality care given and knowledgeable staff. I always found them helpful and friendly and highly recommend

Open until 9 which is really helpful and staff are friendly, but they did not stock original sudafed or codral I had to go to the Hampshire rd pharmacy for these items. Otherwise a great business.

I’ve been going to Dominic for nearly three decades & a kinder more genuine person you’ll be hard pressed to find. No one has a bad thing to say about him or his dedicated staff.

Dom , is kind and very humble person . I just returned to Dom's cause he is just so kind , caring, and understanding. Always has friendly , lovely staff . The Chemist is clean .

My medicine is here the Close 7 PM every day bout the is mention 9 pm. Where is Roul? That’s my health issue because I must take that medicine when I come here there is close
