Two playground one for big kids and one for little ones but all in all can be enjoying together.
Dog-friendliness
Ppl bring there dogs all the time I even have taken mine a few it's a dog friendly neighborhood
Picnic area
They have a one picnic area with I think four tables and the have a few benches to sit on around the park

Somebody needs to pay that park a little bit more attention like the one over there off Central Park, the play equipment just needs to be cleaned off

Great Park that is in the shade and is still comfortable in the heat but not enough seating and parking. And is not cleaned regularly.
