Well, I don't know about the service, and why the bad review, but they were very polite with me ,when I needed to charge my computer due to Quebec outage the last April 6 . I was kicked out from 900 rue Beaulac place ( near to Guzzo cinema at saint Laurent,treated like a criminal ,just because I was trying to charge my computer in that empty place, they say it was private property and even they turn off the electricity when I refused to leave) then this Desjardin bank allow me to stay a little bit to charge my computer and I felt very grateful with them. It is hard to understand what's going on with humanity now a days but a least I felt it is not all lost with the kind gesture from the receptionist at the Desjardins case. Thank you.

Charges des prix de fou au guichet pour retirer notre argent si vous avez vos comptes à une autre institution. Ils ont beaucoup de retard sur les autres quant aux services offerts à distance et leurs heures d'ouvertures sont parmi les plus courtes du marché. Leur seul force selon moi, est qu'ils prêtent de l'argent à presque n'importe qui, a des taux sommes toute intéressants. Autrement, allez chez n'importe quelle autre banque pour un meilleur service et de meilleurs produits.

Great fast service had an appointment was out in under 1 hr. I would recommend you refused to share you details across the network of desjardins since it doesnt seem to work well. They are kind to greet you with coffee or water while you wait for your appointment. Plenty of parking and not very busy. This is the second largest Desjardin outside of the downtown locations that I know of.

I am so disappointed with their service there. The advisors don't take care of their client at all. I was just asking a small thing that took me 2 weeks to be done, I couldn't get contact to the advisor even I called them many times and
