I've been with the agency for years. No one thinks of buying insurance as fun, but the staff here 'is good. Lillian is a delight and while we have never met that I recall, it's been nice getting to know the person at the end of the telephone line will be helpful. One needs to be appreciative of good service when you get it!

I've been with Statefarm Insurance since I started driving. I'm astonished that they raised our car insurance $50 per month, for no reason other than they had a price increase. This is unbelievable especially during these difficult times. It's just so wrong, well I'm shopping around now.

Denny has always treated and served my entire family with much respect. His crew is one that is out of this world. His ladies handle everything needed and then some. Every single person goes the extra mile and that's not super common these days! I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Love my insurance lady Tracy is the best she is like my family I had a bad car accident with my wife and she was there made sure my car was taking where it was suppose to go and give my wife a ride to hospital and visited me before she left love her

They bailed me out of my poor planning. I bought a new car and needed insurance proof at the dmv. She made some suggestions to save me money and got everything I needed in moments. Definitely impressed!

Increased rates $50 a month for the second time in a year. Ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you've been with their company for 6 months or for 30 years they still are drastically increasing rates

Have used this agency for years & personnel are great. The only thing I don't like are the premiums. My car is 21 years old and have 175,000 miles. My car is not worth the premium I have to pay.

Bonnie was extremely helpful straightening out some items regarding my policy. Office is currently closed to walk-in visitors for COVID reasons but she was able to assist me outside.
