We dealt with Del Smith for several years before switching. We did not switch because of anything they did wrong but switched to a family member to support their business :) The family member has since retired and we switched back to Del Smith. Chris was awesome and remembered us as well which was awesome Got a great quote and will be with them now Until we no longer need insurance (so like forever lol) We had a lot of questions both prior to leaving and even coming back. Chris answered them all I remember the day I came to set up my first ever insurance (many years ago lol) and I had the full year payment. Donna is, quite possibly, the worst listener of any insurance agent that I have ever encountered. After quoting me a rate of almost $1000 more than I am currently paying, when I asked for a complete explanation she completely ignored my request, instead going into a tirade of my ill-doings (I was late on several payments years ago and had an unpaid fine, all of which were quickly resolved). All this from a company that I was with for more than 20 years.
