Iyou have a very nice staff very good promotions and variety of shoes suits everyone . I would like to show my deep appreciation for the great support and i got in your branch at ibn battuta mall when i went there with my wife to checkout the new promotion buy one get one free, we both choose sneakers and we got an extra free slipper for my wife but when we left the store and reached home we discovered that we forgot the slipper there but i was not certain about it and unfortunately i lost my receipt. I waited for 2 days and i went back there and I explained my problem to sanath and ismayl and to tell you the truth i was amazed by their kindness and professionalism that tgey showed to me , they took my number and they printed out a copy of lost receipt and they said they will check the cameras and inform once they find a conclusion. I left the store and I didn’t go so far then suddenly they called me back and they discovered that it was under the counter forgotten by mistake by the cashier . Full respect to your effort guys you deserve the best and absolutely i will come back again and i will recommend your brand to everyone i know

BEWARE: This store is run by experienced con artists. I bought a pair of shoes from this store and but when i went home, I found a different pair of shoes in the box. I assumed it was an honest mixup. After bothering to take them back to the store, though I was informed that they would exchange within a month of purchase, the person at the desk says he can't exchange because the shoes had been worn (which they weren't). The attitude of the salesman was completely different from when i bought the shoes. I literally dumped the shoes into the garbage because they were so uncomfortable and heavy. The store clearly couldn't sell these ugly bricks and they are trying to trick unsuspecting customes into paying money for them which is why they are make unsubstantiated claims, so they don't have to take them back. Worst experience after having to visit the store twice and ending up a product that cannot be used.. Stay far away from this swindle!

Good offer. But I had a very disappointing experience. ☹️ Today I bought 2 same shoes (sizes 22 and 25). One for my daughter and 1 for my friends daughter. But my the shoe I bought for my friends daughter was small and I had exchange it. Came to the store in 3 hours on the way back home to get another shoe. But unfortunately the shoe box and the shoe which I brought to exchange was got exchanged and the staff refused to exchange the shoe. I had the bill and the box still ☹️.

I got the shoes from here just around 20 days ago and my shoes got broken. Just because I didn't take the recipient while talking shoes, the team member refund to change my shoes. They could has check the transition by checking the CC TV or maybe they got my number registered also..but seems like they don't care about customers. I thought the shoes will be a original company but after having this horrible experience , I don't think they're selling the original.

Decent shoes collection with affordable prices. I bought two pairs of work shoes from this store and they're quite comfy, tho in the beginning it gave me a bit of blisters. They also have an online shopping option under an App called Azadea. The store in Ibn Battuta Mall is quite big, I haven't seen their other branch so not sure if this is the biggest in Dubai. Located in Ibn Battuta Mall China Court.

Very unprofessional attitude of staff at the ibn bututa store. Noone was bothered to check with the needs of the customer. We went twice to the store and wanted to buy multiple pair of shoes. However, due to the coldness of the staff, we left without purchase. None of the staff was attending or willing to even ask the requirement.

The store has a decent collection of footwear and quite reasonably priced as well. I would especially like to praise 1 of the staff members at the store, her name was Tapati..she was very helpful and easy to approach due to her pleasant demeanour with a smile welcoming and interested in attending to customers.Thank you Tapati.
