If there was a zero option star I would give . Doesn’t worth of having even one star. Firstly the male who is called manager , he took my order wrongly as I asked in take way cups but sitting here. Waited almost 1 hour for only meant to be 3 cups of coffee but because they took my order wrong so Brough only two cups of coffee in dining in cups. Thought they might bring one more cup. Waited and waited till we finished our coffee , my friend was waiting then when I asked the lady who works there I said excause me ! She replied rudely by saying WHAT? Can’t she say sorry she doesn’t have the manner to talk . When I said how long she said be patient , just for one cup of taking that long? She was replying me so rudely then the guy manager came and said which cup of coffee I said I ordered 3 not 2 and then he said no I have ordered 2 and all. Himself was talking to his staff while taking order no customer focus . Then I ordered again and paid . Again waited and waited for half an hour then we went to counter they were so rude the manager and the lady. They said we are busy, there were 3 staff working and only 3 tables were reserved how it could be busy , That lady who was working seemed that she was very tired or didn’t have enough sleep or wasn’t happy to wirk. . If that’s the case then shouldn’t working to throw her frustration on customers . Made my day awaful , had bad experience in my life, rude, bad service, lack of professionalism, taking very long to serve you . Bad customer service . I never ever go . If anyone want to waste their money and their time for waiting then can go.

This business does not even deserve 1 star!! It needs to shut down ASAP! I don’t know how it’s still running? This incident happened on Thursday 17th February 2022, in the evening after 5pm. I am from Western Suburbs and I had come down to have a relaxed evening with family. The staff (male) was so rude and arrogant! He has no social skills let alone being able to interact with customers! He took our order and we couldn’t understand what he was saying! He literally yelled while repeating himself, and we felt uncomfortable. If your short staffed and have issues, it’s not our problem! You need to sort out your business and how to deal with customers! If you can’t handle customer service then you need to look at other careers and the business will be better without you!! This staff member needs to be retrained on customer service, social skills, how to use tone of voice and how to run a business. It’s very unprofessional and was not a Pleasant experience. We will not come back here!

Pretty poor attitude from the manager, was patronising and rude when i said no bacon as i don’t eat meat and he kept repeating “but there is egg” and i kept saying that is ok, i eat eggs just not meat The brekkie burgers were tasteless, no seasoning on them and no salt and pepper available on the tables. They also did not put BBQ sauce on the burgers, and the staff would avoid eye contact when i tried to get their attention to fix the burgers. $30 on some average burgers, and poor customer service, better off going to maccas for $10 Edit: in response to the reply, i just questioned if it was able to be subbed, when they said no i was fine and payed the extra. However the photo i provided does not show BBQ sauce, as there was none on the burger.

The owner was very rude, we went to have breakfast with a coupon 2 for 1. Me with a baby of four months and a four year old, was waiting in the queue in the afternoon. When we reached the front the lady took our order and went back to speak to the owner about something, he came rushing to the till and says the offer is over in a mean tone, then I had to show the coupons expiry on the phone. Then he says if you want it you need to buy two coffees rudely and went to the side. Felt really awful and disappointed since anyone can understand how a mom of two babies life can be. The lady the waitress was very kind enough to serve us and look after us, but the owner lashed out the minute after .Not recommended at all being a regular cafe and food lover. The food was good though.

Went to deganis today after shopping and decided to get a take away pastie as it was something quick and easy supposedly. It was quiet they had one customer at the time. 15 minutes later they finally had the pastie ready after touching it, you could tell it was still cold in the middle. We handed it back we then proceeded to wait about another 5 to 7 minutes before it was heated up to a luke warm. Once getting to the car I then realised only the middle had filling and the edges about 1.5 to 2 inches on the ends were just pastry with no filling. TL:DR Premium price for a microwaved cold and empty pastie that took 20 minutes in the end anyway.

Went her with my son yesterday for lunch. Took over 30 mins to get food. Halfway through my sons meal he wanted more sauce for his chips. Asked staff she lent over and grabbed the little sauce bowl off the plate touching the remaining chips while doing so. I pulled her up on it, she replied stopped yelling at me, everytime I spoke she replied stopped yelling at me, I wasn’t yelling. She acknowledged touching the chips but said I barely touched them! She tried to walk away ignoring what just happened. I said you haven’t even apologised for what you did whereupon she got right in my 7 year olds face and sorry for touching your chips. I asked for the manager she replied we have no manager on today. Absolutely disgusting service, will never go back

. Don’t waste your money on food, I feel sorry for the young chef girl. The food they are offering on the menu needs 2 people to prepare in busy time. She was working hard and the guy who serves food was whinging about the mistake in meal. I think they are simply saving the money on the extra chef, still if they can not realise the problem after constant reviews and complaints about the food and service than they need help. We have waisted our time and money . The table numbers they are giving the customers after ordering needs to be seen from distance, they are giving small wooden blocks which kids use to play hide and found.

Service was brilliant! Pricing was okay. However the food...I ordered the Parma and spinach roll, and my sister had the cheeseburger and caramel latte. Sister said latte had no caramel and the meat in the cheeseburger was grey and tasted metallic. My spinach roll was fine; by my Parma came with chips and salad even though I only asked for chips, and my Parma itself was actually revolting. I didn’t even eat the rest. I couldn’t cut it with the knife they provided because it was like cutting an overdone steak, and it was just as chewy as a steak. Was not the restaurants staff fault; degani’s needs to have the suppliers of their product at a higher standard so that their restaurants can serve the quality they claim to have.

Inexperienced staff more interested in finishing up for the day then offering good service. A coffee shop that although was still open for another hour couldn't serve me coffee because according to them they had closed the machine. I simply suggested they reopen it. With a look of shock I was told oh no we can't do that we have cleaned it. If you are in the centre and would prefer service with a smile from someone who wants to be there and a better coffee just go 20 meters further down and order your brew from Jamaca Blue. They were more then happy to invite me in for a coffee and muffin.

We waited far too long for our meals, and were still awaiting the final meal which took 10+ minutes to come out after all the others. When approaching staff about where the meal was, the supervisor I am assuming was very confrontational and rude to us. She offered a refund with no meal, or that we continue to wait even longer. We won’t be back, the wait is always too long and that supervisor left a sour taste in my mouth. The other waitresses were absolutely delightful though :)

Afternoon my good friends, I came in for some all day breakfast and a milk shake , and what I got was so much more! I got a life changing experience first starting with the lovely young ladie that served me at the counter, amazing manners and an adventurous soul. then the food.... lord help me I nearly fainted when that deliciousness hit my tounge! But let me just cut this short and tell you all to keep up the good work and maybe one day I will consider you as apart of my very small group I like to call family! Lots of love

Had lunch at Degani,and almost straight away picked up upon the addition of a new chef !! Never had such beautiful, fresh salad , special chips - that's when I knew that the chef has changed, in a very good way. Absolutely great food, and service was fantastic . Highly recommend when you are in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre, do eat at Degani... won't regret it but will appreciate this new chef !! Worth a try

Very overpriced unfortunately but l do like the food and service. The ladies are always nice and polite. Also they need to swap out those stupid teapots. Everytime you lift the lid it falls completely off onto the table. Also need to remove the mesh tea strainer from in the pot as its useless as they use tea bags anyway. Doesn't make sense. Just put the teabag in the pot, no strainer and serve it like that. Then the customer doesn't need to juggle the lid and strainer to get the bag in.

Today, I ordered breakfast at this coffee house. On the coffee machine was a grown-up man. I found a piece of glass in my coffee. I showed it to the girl and she took the cup to him. He looked at me like a rascal and said roughly to this girl "give her money for coffee if she wants." After that I realized that there will be no apologies from this man. I said, I do not need money. People, do not go there, if they kill you, they will not even bring an apology.

Please add some Chai to your Chai Lattes. Do we need to pay extra just so it doesn't taste like warm milk, which I can do myself at home. Although already at $4.50, I think you can add some flavour, all the other Degani Stores can manage it. Casey Central - perfect, Fountain Gate - awesome. I order a small size hoping it will have a little more taste without all that extra milk drowning it. But, no! Still the same ol' milky coffee.

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered my food at 11:46, it didn’t arrive until 1:30, I got a phone call asking to call the store, I call them and they were rude and didn’t even understand what I was saying, they then put me on hold for 5 minutes and come back and say “did you order” YES I ordered, will not be ordering again. are you trying to break my childs teeth!! I bought 2 chocolate chip cookies and I bring them home to my son he was so excited to take a bite. he tried taking a bite it was as hard as a rock and I couldn't even break it. even after 2 minute microwave it was still as hard as metal. and not only that my coffee I ordered tasted burnt and the quality was terrible . sorry but you have lost me as a costumer

Ordered the Degani Bruschetta and it specifically says on the menu that it comes with avocado. Didn't came with it and apparently they forgot to put it. They just gave me a half piece of avocado cut into big slices. Requested a soft poach on the eggs, came out as hard poached. Poor service.

Always get friendly and prompt service when I drop in for a coffee or hot chocolate at Degani's. A great place to catch up with friends and have a break from shopping. Look forward to trying the breakfast menu next time I visit.

My sister and I went there for breakfast when my sister found to peices of hair under her eggs, the man said he couldn’t do a refund and said that it can’t be any of his workers hairs, my sisters hair was tied back so it couldn’t have been her’s and he refused to give her a refund because she didn’t want to eat as it made her feel sick. Disgusting service

Coffee was probably one of the worst I have had for years. And it's hard to spoil a long black. We ordered soup and after waiting 10 mins I asked where the soup was. Was told it's coming, 10 mins later still no soup. Finally arrived but how difficult could it be... Ok just upgraded from one star to two star. The soup was good just not much of it.

One of the many great places to stop for coffee in the Cranbourne shopping centre. They make great food here and offer great bakery snacks to go with your drinks. Really friendly staff with amazing customer service. Best iced lattes in the centre as well A+++

The zesty lemon drink I ordered didn’t look the same as per photo advertised. Expected fresh lemon with tea but instead got a watery sugary lemon extract mix. Also the server touched the straw tip which he used to mix the drink which I found unhygienic. Please switch to using sealed straws.

I had the greatest experience yesterday. Kiran was lovely and the coffee was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back frequently

The chef out that back with ear buds makes the best food, I always come here for sandwiches which they personalise and it's always perfect. I hope the chef gets a raise!

We came today and we waited there for more than 25 minutes and nobody came to us then telling to one of the staff that this is not good thing like no body came to us she just told us rudely that i am not the owner….

Was OK. First time to seat and eat here. Ordered the chicken burger. Presented well but taste was very underwhelming no flavour very bland. Got three stars because the coffee redeemed it. Nice hot and strong cap.
