Had a flat tire, gave them express permission to replace tire if necessary but that was somehow not registered. After repair I biked home- no problem. Then the next day I had an important appointment at 9 AM and had to pay 30. EUR for a taxi in order to be on time because tire was again flat. Will not be coming back
