After the huge mistake + fiasco of staying at the most horrific "apart" hotel for an unfortunate 2 weeks ( Pampulha Lieu), and hating every second of it day and night, this place has been a breath of fresh air for the remainder of our 2 weeks here in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, thank God! An pleasant experience overall, nice large rooms with lots of light and huge bathrooms, great coffee and variety of fresh fruits in the morning, and very polite workers, we will definitely come back here in the future!

Came to Brazil with no extensive knowledge of Portuguese but the staff was helpful and able to communicate with me without many issues. The hotel is quite nice but seems very outdated. The breakfast buffet had many good options for snacking out and filling you up for the rest of the day. Good traditional Brazilian food. The pool and deck are beautiful but the pool itself is really small. Internet connectivity on the room (specifically for Mac owners) is not functional. I tethered from my cellphone as a work around. They only have 2 main elevator so if you are on the top floor trying to get downstairs, it can be a 5 to 10 minute wait so prepare accordingly.

Location great. Some staff excellent, some not. Rooms clean and spacious. But no room service menu or information in any language. Very noisy. Church bells every morning, noisy water pipes, people in street. Breakfast good. But, do not eat in restaurant. Very low quality. Perhaps worst ever cheeseburger, and fries cooked in very old oil. Stay here again? No.

The parking system was not efficient, we were stuck in the parking lot for half an hour because someone forgot to pay the bill and the Hotel workers couldn't solve It fast enough. Other than that, the Hotel is good.

The swimming pool is too small! The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Dawtown Belo Horizonte. Nice staff as well. The rooms are ok, they have a kind of an old furniture.

Nice conference rooms, nice food and parking lot with reasonable price. Overall very well organized hotel. Haven't stayed there overnight, so dont know about the room condition

I was there only for an hour, taking my niece to watch a play. The place was nice. Just did not like the chairs that were not much suitable for the audience.

It's a good hotel, a little old but well maintained. The service it's good but the quality of the products, like soap and stuff are very bad quality

I used the hotel parking on the city downtown, never park there befor, Great price and every worker was polite and useful, Will use again on future

Old but renewed hotel! Just went there for an evento. Good parking not very expensive for the location.

Overall experience is good. The infrastructure is quite old which matches the ambiance of the hotel

it is a charmed place but many dirty on halls and no attendance to support out of the front desk .
