I am a real customer of David Gray Plumbing and Electrical. I called David Gray Electrical for the installation of a recirculating over the stove vent. I would like to say everything went well. It did not. That is the best part of this review. No job involving people will ever go absolutely perfect; even when the job is a simple in and out, one time perfect. There is still something that can be found wrong. My job was simple, and a few things did in fact go wrong. I am glad to say that I am very pleased with the professional appreciation given to me by the entire team at David Gray. After the completion of my project, I expressed my concerns and to my surprise I was met with customer humility and appreciation; yes, even to the point of the company saying to me “Yes, we can and will take care of you, our customer.” They did to my surprise; they sent me a refund check for some of the installation cost. That folks, is something that is missing in American Businesses Today. Fairness, curiosity and kindness and true professionalism. I would recommend David Gray for their true character came out under pressure, and it is a company made of good character. By the way may new range and vent looks great! Rev. Dr. C. G. I can't say enough good about David Gray. We have used them for plumbing services (excellent & professional) and electrical work (also excellent and professional!). We have dealt with a total of 2 plumbing technicians and (now) 6 electrical technicians. Every single tech that this company has sent to our home has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and produced excellent results which have exceeded our expectations. We used David Gray again for additional electric services in our ongoing rennovations. Corey Carter and his partner Jake are two more pros from this company. They arrived on time, did high quality work, were polite, friendly and professional. Their work exceeded our expectations - again - and they left our home better than they found it. I cannot say enough good about these gentlemen, and I will ask for them by name when we need them again. Indeed, I continue to be impressed by the employees of this fine company. I am truly impressed that a company can have such uniformly skilled, competent pros on staff. We will use their electrical plumbing and HVAC services exclusively. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My experience with the on-site tech couldn’t have been better Josh was AMAZING. However, I was really disappointed with the office folks. After doing a great job to get me someone next day, they failed to tell me their new rates, which seem to have become astronomical! Josh called me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to tell me the rates - which was $65 for just showing up, and then over $500 an hour, chargeable in 15 min increments of $125! Aside from how crazy expensive that is, why didn’t they tell me that the day before when I had time to call other electricians?? Instead, they knew we had no power and couldn’t wait any longer. Josh was apologetic and couldn’t have been more apologetic but it wasn’t his fault. The office should have told me these new rates when I first called the day before. While the work is good, be prepared to pay out of the nose for it.

Interviewed for a job with this company and the interview was honestly really good. I didn't get the job and they laid out the exact reasoning I didn't get the job. I was completely fine with this as it was handled very professionally. About 4 days after my interview my boss at my current place of employment asked me to come speak with him in his office and proceeded to ask me why I was interviewing at another company. I asked how he could possibly know this as I was declined employment for David gray. He said that they called him for a reference. This is just so unprofessional and it could have cost me my job. In the future, if you don't want to hire someone don't check there references as this could have been a very bad situation for myself

He and Raymond, Billy's assistant were professional and very competent and knowledgeable in this multi camera installation. They were very patient allowing for the proper placement of each camera. There not adjectives to express how AMAZING these guys were! First of all, right on time, incredibly professional and kind. Secondly, these guys have the BEST personality! If all service individuals were like these guys the world would be a MUCH better and kinder place. In addition, they noticed plates missing and fixed those for little to nothing and even showed me an issue with my air conditioning ducts I need to have taken care of so will be calling the air conditioning guy shortly. I truly cannot say enough about Cory and his associate. I will NEVER again call another electric company. These two absolutely ROCKED!!!!!

My techs were Josh and Lou. Both were very professional and friendly. Josh did all of the explaining and going over quotes. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done / what was an issue but never pushed or pressure in any way. Needed a plug for our garbage disposal and check some outlets that an inspector pointed out as potential issues. They were here for several hours, working the whole time. They were respectful but also friendly. This was my first experience with this company. I hope to not have to use any electrician again but when I do I will call them again.

Don’t hire this company unless you want to be totally ripped off for something they can’t even fix. They came to my house to fix an electrical outlet were here less than an hour and charged me almost 400$ to have absolutely nothing fixed. I shouldn’t have been charged anything more than the service fee to come out and make an assessment. Totally fraudulent company, unprofessional, could not recommend less. Also refused to show me what I was signing off on when I asked them if I could see what I was signing off on they wouldn’t show me. Super sketchy

I was not a new customer but it was time to call for their services again after a few years. I was still in their computer which was nice. David Gray electrical is is a good value for good quality professional work and especially for the technicians that came today. Billie Stanley did the diagnostics, found the problem , and solved the problems. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and on time! Cannot speak highly enough about the service we received. Corey & Keith were an amazing team to have in our home. These guys did a full panel change, and in our 70’s built home that was no easy feat! They were professional and personable the entire day! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and explained everything as they went. They answered all of our questions even the ones about other areas of the house with patience after 9 hours of working. Highly recommend!

Very professional and informative. Was able to get a quick appointment. Mike was able to find the problem and fix it quickly the day before Thanksgiving! I am truly thankful for them! We called today because my step father has an older home and his breakers were acting up and tripping and the ac wasnt working. They answer my call within 5 minutes, helped me get someone out today within a couple hours. Josh was our tech and he was the nicest person I have dealt with he was so patient with my elderly step father and took time to explain everything to him and was able to solve the issue in about 15 mins. We’ve used David Gray for re plumbing in 2020, and again this year for electrical repairs and a new panel. Their prices ard fair and their work is excellent. I highly recommend David gray. The level of service I have received from this company can't be beat. In January they re-piped my entire house and did a phenomenal job. Conor at David Gray did an awesome job at our home. Super professional and helpful. He was just hired to install an electrical plug under our sink for a new sink disposal unit, and he also did a great and thorough job looking through the entire home and assessing what electrical we had going on (we have an old home from the 1920s). Our water heater failed. David Gray company came to our house and fixed it for a reasonable price. Corey and apprentice were both extremely nice, very competent, very professional. The power line mast on our house was damaged in a storm. David Gray responded quickly and sent Andres. He was able to get a new mast up in a few hours. I want to add, that after some confusion with JEA, Andres came back to our house the same night to make sure the reconnect went as planned. He was friendly and professional.

David Grey personnel performed an electrical system evaluation at my condo on October 3rd. The two agents, Billie and Ryan knew their jobs and performed skillfully and efficiently. Services included concrete demo and relocation of Electric supply in our Kitchen. They also moved a Light Switchto accommodate a new Back Splash.
