I just lost 12 000, 00dkk on flight tickets trying to get my godson on a visit from Cape Town to Denmark!!! Nowhere on your lousy page stood any mentions of bankstatements of the hosts in Denmark that should accompany the visa application. One can only apply for a visa at this VFS office on appointment, just to get there after several weeks of waiting and traveling, then you find out you missing some papers and extra money. Nowhere stands anything, that a visitor should have about 300ddk per day, in his/her own bank account to be able to visit the hosts in Denmark even with a invitation letter. Your visa application fee, is also more then what stands on the home page. We have lost hundreds of kroners trying to even get in contact with this VFS, as soon as you get through after a lifetime and several calls the person on the other side just pick and drop the phone. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with your service and there's no justice for me loosing hard earned money!!!
