Impressed with the landscaping, lots of colours and full blooms, and cleanliness of the park was most impressive. Well done to the people of Dandenong, it was an absolute pleasure to visit this park.

In my opinion Dandenong does not deserve the somewhat bad reputation it has. Walking around the city was pleasent, very multicultural (mostly Afghan I think). Toilets, playground, nice plants - there's an effort to make it look nice. Dandenong also has a certain vibrancy and aliveness that other areas lack - definitely doesn't feel dead, a lot of people at restaurants and enjoying themselves here. I really enjoyed Dandenong and this nice little park.

A good silent and quite a lengthy one too. A good place to relax and maybe a small little nap. At the same time one has to be very careful as I have seen some weird people. It also hosts a small children's play area. One gets to see plenty of birds and my favourite ones are the Cockatooes. It also has a small water fall by Rotary. This place is very close to the Courts and the Police station.

This is the new Dandenong park trails across from courthouse. All new equipment including playground BBQ areas basketball courts also small exercise area. Loads of room for family and friends to enjoy. UPDATE ewwww since i was there last the place is now infested with Rats yes Rats i think this time there were more rats out than children. Definitely not in hurry to go back.

it was a nice park that the local community come together, it has Australia Day celebrations to even new year eve celebrations and Christmas carols by candlelight

Has a lot of equipment for exercise, has a basketball or street soccer court , table tennis, cricket area. Big playground for the kids and lots of picnic tables or barbecue area. Best place to relax or exercise. Rest rooms are also available in the area. So many shops nearby to buy food or grocery after. It is close too the police station also makes it safe at night.

Park is located in the main area of dandenong close to the main road.The park has walking paths with lush trees, which provide shades on parts of the park.There are also barbeque areas and table tennis play areas set up. Filled with seating areas and rest areas, equipped with toilets and a play area.

It’s a great park for events and relaxing. Melbourne has so many great parks and by comparison this one falls within the average range, not so many trees, not many visible activities or facilities. I attended the Afghan Nowrouz Festival 2023 which was great with around 10,000 participants.

Excellent park with lots of great infrastructure and greenery. Pathways allow an easy walk throughout and linkage to the Dandenong Creek Trail. Fenced playground is impressive due to its size and options. Plenty of seating. Mature trees and the creek water views add to the experience.

This is a great park in DANDENONG for all and surely highly recommended. Fabulous green spaces, with Barbecue and sample picnic areas with shades ,tennis tables ,playground walking/jogging and bike paths and more I’m sure you can find something to do here, as its pretty extensive

I have always loved visiting this park, but recently it needs better maintenance. 'Cause there are areas of the park where is extremely untidy and not very inviting. The toilet here need constant maintenance, cause everytime I've gone to use it. It's been disgustingly dirty

Nicely maintained park... Although take it easy walking along the paths especially in the wet, they are paved with smooth bricks and extremely slippery sometimes even when it's dry depending on your footwear You have been warned!!! Otherwise enjoy the beautiful gardens

Gorgeous park, fantastic playground, and plenty of space. However, only one toilet for potentially hundreds of people - which was filthy at the time of visiting. Completely under prepared for the visitors it attracts. Highly recommend if you find toilets elsewhere.

Loved it. Has lots of open space for kids as well as adults to kick a ball or Frisbee. Also has cricket nets for practice as well as a cricket pitch. There is also a lovely playground across the bridge. Has a walking track that runs alongside the Dandenong creek

The park is in a bag condition .1the trees need maintainance saw a lot of dead branches hanging on the trees which are dangerous and a lot of branches lying on the ground after the storm.2 the toilets were very dirty and smelly. 3 bar b que area was very clean.

I like this park - its good to walk through in the morning on my way to work. at night though it can be a bit scary being in Dandenong and a lot of young kids hanging about. the footpaths need to be upgraded too as they prone to flooding with a bit of rain.

Attended the Holi fest laat sunday and overall good vibes but not much in terms of food and stalls etc. More community involvement would be nice to have overall from the council area businesses.

Nice and clean, was so quiet to my surprise, but still and enjoyable place. Grass was cut and neat, no bad smells, but the toilets were closed due to Covid, not too sure why. Other than that, recommended, should be packed during summer.

There is a huge area for outdoor activities and the place has large playground with a cricket pitch. A large children's playing area is there too. Ample parking is available and the place is in very close proximity to the town center.

Great little park on the edge of Dandenong central. Playgrounds and exercise equipment. And Saturday parkrun. Sadly, Dandenong Creek is still a concrete canal here. I hope it is restored to its native glory sooner rather than later!

Family friendly Park lots to see and do. Improvements still underway but lots of seating shady areas basketball courts toilet block enclosed playground for kids. When improvements are finished will be a great area to visit

Not very far form Dandenong station. It is walkable. Nice place to hang around and relax. You will find some good asian food to have. Dandenong plaza is nearby if you wish to visit it. I would suggest if you are around.

Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed I come here to take a walk. I always get a sense of relaxation and clarity with the environment around me. Everyone is really friendly as well. Great place to go to get some R&R

This one is located on the way as we travel into the regional areas. The toilets are clean, and there are resting spots but sometimes need cleaning. But overall it is a nice place to relax as you keep driving.

Always a peaceful place day and night. Beautiful for photoshoots and games with so much space to play with. Such a big area. Ample parking on both sides of the park. Conveniently located ample toilets too.

Had a great BBQ and Drinks, with Friends, Federal M. P. Julian Hill, State M, P. Gabriel Willams, and other Digitisers. Great to see that we have good toilets,covered area with lights and grass cut

Went to watch nephew play footy. And even though there were 2 games being played no canteen or food trucks Someone missed some good coin for that day

Great area to join in with Parkrun. Be aware the blue bridge is slippery when wet. The park also allows access to the Dandenong creek track which will take you all the way to Jells Park.

Love riding my bike through here although the path needs to be maintained and cleaned a little better. Almost feels like I'm riding on grass and weeds during certain points in the path

Nice park we went there for New years fire work. Very busy we could n´t find a place to park our car, so we parked our car in dandenong plaza car park and walked to dandenong park.

Cricket, ducks, pathways, footbridge, cockies make for an enjoyable way to pass a lazy Sunday arvo by. Bbqs available to sustain the energy levels needed to allow repeat of above.

Great workout facilities are available to keep fit. Excellent distance for walking / running when lapping the entire oval and park. Clean and tidy area overall.

Decent walk with family. Just stopped over to have a quick outdoor lunch with our takeaway. Good picnic place. Ample water supply for drinking and tap.

The reactivation of the park makes this park a great space for families to relax in. Come on Thursdays at 4.30pm to play some frisbee.

I didn't had a good experience their as we were followed by a junkie who was trying to sell us drugs. The park otherwise is beautiful.

Just a lovely park for a stroll or a brisk walk. Plenty of seats if you need a rest. Lots of equipment to keep kids of all ages happy!

There is a bubbler which is damaged n the water is wasted for so long??idk who to tell about.plz get it fixed asap somehow.

Nice place but some of the play ground is worn down. Can get busy over the weekend but plenty of other playgrounds near by.

A germ in the busy Dandenong..it made me think of my grandma's village in China where I spent all my elementary years.

Beautiful park, has playgrounds, public toilets, badketball rung etc. GCOD maintain the park very well. Love it here.

Dandenong council has done a great upgrade to this park. Great play area for kids and bike and walking trails.
