I'm the president of the Cambrick Square North Condominiums HOA in Dallas. We worked with Dan Keenan Painting in 2014 and we requested their services this fall. Besides painting and sealing exterior surfaces on our four buildings, this time we requested their carpentry support as well. We are extremely pleased with the senior staff and the crews that refresh our property's face and enhance our exterior waterproofing with their sealant and painting prowess. They recently completed the 2019 project and once again they proved their merit. Across the 19 years of our existence, we have worked with a large number of contractors on numerous projects from landscaping to roofing. In that span, I have never been so impressed with a company as I am with Dan Keenan. This is an organization to whom I give my highest recommendation in general and specifically for listening to client needs/desires, quality materials used and applied, workmanship by trained and competent staff, responsiveness to project left turns, and the easy-going nature of key personnel, especially Richard Deatherage, project manager.

First, I thought the water stain from outside would require sheetrock replacement. Second, I did not think the 20 foot wall could be painted without renting a scaffold. Third, I doubted anyone could repair the structural cracks. Fourth, I expected an estimate in the thousands. Finally, in NO way did I think the job could be completed in a half day. Well, put me down as being an uninformed consumer of repair work, especially when the repairs involved the expert skills of the Dan Keenan Paint Company employees. The job is finished and looks brand new. I am grateful to Dan and his painters for making my home look terrific.

We use these guys every year at a commercial facility, and they always go above and beyond what I expect from a painting company. Every year, they are willing to help us re-evaluate what areas actually need to be painted, and then adjust our pricing accordingly so that we only pay for what we need. They also work quickly and effectively, allowing us to continue operations with minimal disturbances to our customers. I can't say enough good things about these guys, other than give them a try!

I look for excuses to get things painted, I love these guys so much. Reasonably priced and meticulous. Customer service is as good as any company I've ever worked with. They did the initial, extensive paint job when we moved into our new house, which included loads of texture and drywall repair, and then we had them paint our detached garage, which had rotting wood and whatnot, and they just straight up handled the whole thing without me lifting a finger. They're wonderful.

He is a man with integrity. I didn’t realize I had asked him to do an impossible job on a ready made cabinet that should have been raw wood ( I had it made elsewhere). All it needed was a stain to match my other cabinets. He worked amazingly hard to strip the sealed finish and match the stain. Then, because the results were not exact he wouldn’t charge me. I also saw the work he did for others at his shop. I highly recommend him and will use him again

They painted my entire house and did a very good job on preparation, that is key to any painting job. We had some virus and weather delays but they kept me informed the entire way. They also stained by wooden fence. All and all an excellent team of very hard workers who do what they say when they say they will.
