Extremely poor customer service. I was constantly ignored and never attended throughout. Though we did ask couple of sales person all of them turned us down. Worst experience ever. Please don’t behave as if there isn’t any other jewelers. Turning customer like us will only impact your business. Learn to customer friendly and to do better service. POOR !! Not RECOMMEND. Please choose Malabar that’s right opp or any other jewelry near by it’s so much better. I believe the sales person who purposely ignored us was Ismail or someone who Ismail assigned to us. Please take action and improve your service.

Worst experience ever. Sales man was not at interested in selling things whatever we asked he denied that they cannot do it. Infact we went 3 times everytime that person his name is ismail he told us different making charges each time for the same thing and he was not at bothering himself to show any jewellery and he didnt know that how to talk to customers very rude behaibiour . I will never recommend this showroom to anyone. Gold souq one is far more better then this

This place is good and best part is that Damas Sharjaha offers parking to their customers as well. These days without making offers on Gold is also going on. They have quite numbers of design available with variety of sizes of bangles.
