Since changing to Dallas Pharmacy to deliver my scripts I have had several horrible experiences other than my first one! After I successfully got my first script dispensed and used I called back 5 days later to re order my script The very impolite female worker who is almost always the one who picks up the phone told me that they couldn’t order my medical cannabis and that I had to order through ‘Dr Canna’ After calling Dr canna I was met with voicemail for 2-3 days until they finally called me back To which they told me ‘someone at the pharmacy was making a mistake and they were the ones who take the order’ (I already knew this as I’d had one payed for and delivered without a problem.) I called Dallas pharmacy back each day 3 days in a row only to be told the same thing very very rudely by the same uneducated employee who has forced me to move pharmacies and take my business elsewhere My latest issue is I paid for my script on a Wednesday 10:00am and it wasn’t sent until Thursday I was then told I will receive a tracking number after I paid almost $200 It’s been 4-5 days without receiving the tracking number I tried to call Dallas Pharmacy and ask if they managed to send me the tracking number and if they hadn’t could they please do so I asked this question 3 times in a row to a response ‘it’s Christmas time expect delays’ I AM EXPEXTING DELAYS I JUST WANT THE SHIPPING NUMBER I WAS PROMISED If you want to have constant anxiety when trying to order the medication for your anxiety, call Dallas pharmacy!!

Terrible experience Terrible hostility, judgement, and a lack of understanding from the two pharmacy assistants whose name were documented once it was evident that they both had no qualms about actively violating the Australian Disability Discrimination Act and the Racism Discrimination Act. As I have been fortunate to not have experience in customer service engagements elsewhere, I will be sure to report to the appropriate bodies to ensure this conduct doesn't continue to go on unaccounted for in this store.

Dallas itself scares me, but we got that good RATS boiiii. I do have to iterate Dallas is worth the trip to get RATS, but probably stay away if you don’t personally live there. Now don’t get me wrong I grew up in an unsavoury neighbourhood, but in Brisbane that’s most places so it just seems the norm. Whereas in Melbourne there are nice places next to unsavoury places, which makes them stand out. Anyway back to the Dallas Pharmacy. Lovely staff, swift service.

Great to have a local pharmacy that stocks fantastic products and has excellent customer service with a smile. Not only can you purchase your regular script medication and over the counter stuff but they also have clean organic ingredient skincare brands from small businesses which is so convenient to be able to walk in store to purchase and save on shipping which is a bonus! Keep up the great works guys.

I get everything pharmacy related here. Occasionally things get busy and I have to wait a bit longer, but the service is great and I'm happy to wait because it means more people trusting and using this pharmacy. They are always well stocked - if they don't have something, it's usually because there's a nationwide shortage. Keep up the good work, Dallas Pharmacy!

Excellent service provided by the friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Both pharmacists and sale assistants take their time to provide knowledge about products and medications and advise, they are never too busy to listen to your questions and concerns. It is very helpful that they have Arabic, Macedonian and Turkish speaking workers!!

My favourite pharmacy in the area. Has a mixture of western and modern products and recently bringing in clean ingredient products..love it, thankyou!. A pharmacy that also cares for your health. That deserves more then 5 stars in my books. Great service aswell. Thanks guys
