So I don’t live in Egypt and wanted to send flowers for someone for their Birthday. I found this place where I could shop and pay online. I was kind of scared that things will not work well so I communicated with them on instagram. They were very friendly and responsive. I had to make minor updates after placing the order and they did that for me easily. They updated me until the flowers were received to assure me everything went well. حقيقة اول مرة اشوف محل ورد بالاحترافية الشديدة دى، الناس الموجودين داخل المكان كلمة زوق لاتعطيهم حقهم ناس محترمين جدا وتعامل راقى جدا ، وطبعا مايهم كل الناس الاسعار عادية جدا تناسب جميع الناس وكلا على حسب اختياره. بشكر الاستاذ ماجد بصفة خاصة رجل غاية فى الادب والاحترام والذوق الرفيع بجد شكرا ليكم.

Quality flowers and quality service. I've picked up flowers from here a few times and service and pricing are great. If you're unsure of something, the guy running the place will give you recommendations. I suggest taking his recommendations, he's the expert.

Although there is a variety of flower types, the staff’s attitude was very careless and unprofessional, with no arrangement or assortment skills although i guided him twice. A very unpleasant experience unlike your flowers.

Staff was veryyyy rude and unprofessional. The place is well decorated and the aesthetics are nice but the way the staff treated me won’t make me visit again.
