Dahra Spa is an absolute gem - if you are looking to relax in the heart of Bangkok, it doesn't get any better than this. Last week I was in Bangkok to visit a good friend who had recently started living in the city as a 'digital nomad'. I was keen to find somewhere that could provide a great massage both to untie some knots left over from the flight and to just relax and enjoy my holiday in general. After some quick Trip Advisor and Google review research, Dahra Spa looked the part - close location (Silom Branch), extensive menu and great reviews. I booked myself in for an hour treatment, a Royal Thai massage. On visiting, I was very impressed with the facilities and the service - the receptionist was very organised and welcoming, the waiting area was very comfortable and the overall vibe of the place was super relaxing - no mean feet after you step off the busy streets of Silom. I was asked if I had areas I wanted to focus on, areas I wanted to avoid, medical conditions, pressure levels etc - it was a very thorough and professional experience. The massage itself was excellent - the first part was very relaxing and targeted to the areas I wanted to focus on, so lots of tension in my upper back, shoulders, neck etc (typical desk worker). Pressure was great and the therapist regularly checked in to see how everything was feeling. The second part was very much the Thai Massage experience, with a lot of manipulation into different positions, stretching and massage. It can seem a bit intimidating at first, but the reason it works so well at Dahra is they clearly know exactly what they are doing - where I was stretched, moved and massages, everything was done within my limits and without causing any pain or discomfort. I walked away feeling lighter and more comfortable than I had felt in a long time - an absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot recommend Dahra Spa enough. Prior to flying out of Thailand, I booked a second massage, and it was every bit as good as the first.

Royal Thai Massage [3.75/5] For the Royal Thai Massage, you have the option to choose your preferred strength level—light, medium, or hard. They then match you with an appropriate therapist based on your gender and body size. Medium strength was just right for me, and the therapist's skills were adequate. While I did experience some pain during the massage, I found it quite enjoyable and effective in relaxing my muscles at that moment. However, I noticed that, compared to my last visit five years ago, I didn't feel as relaxed after the massage this time around. After the massage, they provide a satisfaction form for you to rate various aspects of their service, including massage skills and communication skills. What stood out is that the therapists don't ask for tips during any part of the service, which was a positive experience. Service [4.5/5] The concierge staff were proficient in English, and while the therapists had limited English skills, they were all highly professional, friendly, and considerate. They even offered ice water and a cold towel before the massage and warm ginger tea afterward. Ambience [4.25/5] ️ Despite minimal furniture and decor, the shop manages to create a relaxed atmosphere through its cushions, lighting, and background music. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, which allowed me to unwind completely. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit too cold. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. Value [2.5/5] The establishment offers a 10% discount to both booking and walk-in customers. A one-hour Royal Thai Massage is priced at 540 baht after the discount, with each additional 30 minutes costing 180 baht. This pricing falls within the market average. Personally, I'd recommend opting for a 1-hour and 30-minute session, as I found the 1-hour session to be a bit too brief for my liking.

Very nice and clean place. We came here by chance since our hotel was very near saw good comments and decided to go. Prices are a bit higher that usual more less 100 THB than average (you pay discounted one). Have to admit that we were lucky since we came without booking and there was 2 places, after us came two ladies with the same idea as us but receptionist said that they were fully booked, so book in advance! I have had thai massage (medium) and it was very good would prefer a bit harder but it was good. My boyfriend have had head shoulders and neck massage and he was more than happy after it. Before massage they do a small questionare asking you if you have some problems and if you would like some area to be more focused on. I found it very very nice and professional, gives some sense of seriousness. Only females are working there, so if you are male and do not want to have massage by male you should not be worried. Our beds were close to each other’s in one room and were divided by curtain so each of us have had its privacy but at the same time we were together. The only negative thing is that therapist were not so polite, very cold not smiling and at the end they did not even say goodbye just looking at us with a look that is telling you TIP TIP...

We went for a 4-hour couples massage package for 4900 baht ($150) plus tip. The facility was clean & with pleasing decor. The staff, as with everywhere in Thailand, was gracious and exceedingly polite. The massage consisted of hot herbal ball, followed by body scrub, then shower #1 (shower is in the massage room), then wrap (they cover the table in plastic, cover you in goo of your choice, then wrap the plastic over you from all sides, topped with warm, heavy towels), then shower #2, then aromatherapy massage, a lovely facial, and finally, a head massage. The 2 masseuses were appropriately skilled, respectful of modesty, and quiet. This was the perfect way to blow through an afternoon after checking out of our hotel and before heading to the airport for a midnight flight. Recommended.

I visited the spa because it’s near my hotel, and ended up coming back 4 times. Each time I enjoyed it even more. The masseurs are professional, I feel they know my body better than I do. They have many offers so the price is not as expensive as it seemed. The spa is clean and the whole experience was tranquil and satisfying. My only criticism is that the different “massage techniques” seem to be gimmicky. I had the Thai, Swedish, sport, head and neck massage and I couldn’t really tell the differences except that the Swedish and sport massages were performed with oil on a massage table. The techniques are very similar. I would get the combined massage (Thai + head and neck) since it is the best value and provides superb relaxation.

We booked a 2 hour royal thai massage on the internet and received 20% off. The prices are pretty reasonable when you include the discount and the cleanliness of the venue is up to standard. I actually had one of the better thai massages I have ever had during my trip so would have given 5 stars but my wife on the other hand did not have the same experience. Her masseur did not know when to apply pressure or force and said the massage was painful. So I guess it is def a hit or miss depending on who you get. Wish I got the name of the lady who massaged me so I can share but I did not get the name.

I visited Dahra for 1 hour sports massage and soft mask. My first time for sports massage. It is a bit on the soft side with massage oil. Still it helps me to alleviate my muscle tension. As for soft mask, I have tried a few times in sukhumvit branch. I can tell this time the staff is rushing to finish the steps. After she lays all the mask onto my face, she disappears for a long time. From my experience this is not right. After the long wait, she came back to finish all remaining in a hurry. I suppose this is the staff issue, not Dahra's. But I will not return to this branch anyway.

Went there with my bro Mr Yeo and therefore concur with his review below: "High standard of massage by one of the therapist Khun Ning. This review is solely on the basis of one visit and the experience therefrom. She is Watpo trained, not your hand-me-down skills taught casually which one often finds in many massage shops that peppers Bangkok with training that's not quite top shelf. Quality of service, reception, hygiene practices are well above average. Premises is tasteful-cozy rather than lavish/luxurious and I personally prefer it this way."

This place is gorgeous! I walked in to this day spa without a booking and they were able to fit me in for a facial, I just had to wait 10 mins. I was served a refreshing towel and cold water and lead to a private room by my beautician. The facial and facial massage was the best I ever had. I even fell asleep. The entire facial was calming, soothing relaxing and refreshing whilst receiving hydration and a masque followed by a cucumber mask! This place was a very relaxing environment and I will be sure to stop by here when I’m in Bangkok again.

I would give 5 stars.. 1st service body massage was amazing. I was happy that found a great clean spa. I trusted and head there for 2nd foot massage. The lady ask me before entering do you have any health issues? I told her : ((dust allergy symptom)) very sensitive, as soon as I sat in the massage area I was super irritated and got running nose. Great spa in Silom. I have been there few times and had great experience always . The spa itself is clean and has quiet rooms with all the facilities . They offer few packages which are great value for money if on discount. But even without discount the price is justified. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I was assisted by an at the reception who was very polite and booked my treatment . This time my therapist was alice who spent almost 4 hours with me . Each treatment was done nicely by her . Looking forward to my next visit .

Stopped in on a whim after seeing the good reviews, and it did not disappoint. The facilities are clean, modern, quiet and private. The front desk was exceptionally polite and kind, and spoke great English. They let me shower beforehand and asked about my preferences, including areas I don't want touched. My one-hour Swedish massage was outstanding. I chose medium pressure, which I would say is similar to an American firm pressure massage. The therapist honed in on my trouble spots and really reacted to my body. Thank you!

Professional Massage Studio We had both an 1½ hrs Royal Thai Massage, however, with different restrictions and intensity requirements. Both therapists accommodated the general, but also and especially the individual requests during the sessions and were very professional and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean with nice interior and decoration. Booking and pre-clarification via Line App was easy and the service at the reception was very friendly. All in all a very good experience and we can recommend it.

I had 3 massages there. Two swedish and one thai. The first two were great. The third one wasn't so great; it was really soft despite some feedback to apply some medium pressure, which was requested prior to the massage. The pressure level just wasn't adjusted despite to the appropriate degree or in line with the prior massages. The staff are all very nice and the facility is quite clean and relaxing. It seems that the experience does vary a bit depending on who you get unfortunately.

I was recommended this place by a friend and LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS THE BEST SPA EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER TRIED. Had an almost 4 hours full spa treatment consisting of body scrub, body wrap, oil massage etc, everything was so immaculately done. The masseur is well trained and really work on every single knots in my body. I left the spa feeling very relaxed and satisfied. By the way the price point is slightly on the high side but it definitely worth your money. Recommend!!

As part of our Thailand experience, we completed our trip with a deluxe spa experience for couples. We made a reservation one day ahead and booked a couple room. We availed the "buy one, get one" offer so it was great price for the upscale experience. Therapists were well experienced and took note of our preferences. Absolutely recommend this place for tourists looking for a spa experience in Thailand. Place is clean and very well maintained. Peace and quiet all around.

Green tea scrub, Green tea wrap, Pitto oil로 골라서 받았는데 향이 은은해서 좋았어요. 4시간이 정말 순식간에 지나갔고 피부가 매우 보들보들해졌습니다! 과정마다 꼼꼼하게 신경써주셔서 좋았고 편안해서 잠도 잘 와요. 스크럽 후에 랩핑을 하는데 번데기가 된 기분이 들고 따뜻해서 좋았어요. They know what and how it should be done. I was greeted by the staff as a soon as I walked in, and selected the sports massage (2hours). The massage therapist knows her stuff, and the ambience of the place is amazing - nice music, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I’d say the price is bit higher than other places in Bangkok, but I think this is prob the first time which I don’t wanna leave the spa place after two hours! Would come back for sure

This is the worst massage experience until now. We choose the full spa which includes the body and facial spa. The body massage has no effect, the body is still very tired after that. The facial spa is even worse. I don't know what product they use, which makes my face allergic, and I don't ask me beforehand if my allergies. The staff‘s technique is not gentle and she didn't even wash my face clean.

One of the best spa in Bangkok. The experience is similar to healthland and Let’s Relax. Spa design is beautiful and the couple room is spacious and comfortable. I appreciate Dahra placing a bowl of beautiful flowers under the massage bed (for the face hole), it is visually appealing and calming. My masseur was gentle, attentive, and provided a calming aromatic massage. Great experience

Had a wonderful massage (aromatherapy). The atmosphere is really relaxing, everything is super clean and modern. One thing - which is amazing- there is a raindance shower in every massage room. If we had known this earlier, we would have taken advantage of a massage after the long flight and when the hotel is not ready for check-in yet. Really really convenient! I would definitely come back.

Feeling sad to rate 3 stars only because I like the place. Good facilities, relevant prices, very good therapists at the 3 visits I made last month. However, it's too noisy. The staff are talking very loud and are making lots of noise, it's impossible to relax. Such a shame. Getting a massage there feels like being in an airport and there's no care for quietness and relaxation.

숙소가 silom 근처라면, 무조건 이 곳입니다. 다른 곳 방문은 시간낭비입니다. 별이 5점 만점인게 안타까울 정도입니다. 전 라인으로 예약해서 갔는데요, 방문 1시간 전에 예약시간보다 30분정도 늦을것 같아 죄송하다고 연락드렸더니 바로 30분 이후로 예약 변경해주었습니다. 뿐만 아니라 프런트 직원 분, 마사지 해주시는 분들 모두 친절하시고 실력자이십니다. 1시간 내내 동일한 압으로 안마해주십니다. 전 타이 마사지와 아로마 마사지 받아봤는데요, 무조건 타이 마사지가 훨씬 낫습니다. 물론 아로마도 좋긴했지만, 타이 마사지가 압도적입니다. 팁은 마사지해주신 분께 직접 100바트정도 드리면 좋습니다. 이곳을 방문하기 위해 방콕을 또 오고싶습니다. 강추합니다!!

Since many places shut down in Silom area because of covid, like Silom village, Burberry, etc. I decided to try this place. 1.- Very clean and spacious. 2.- Quiet, so you don’t have those noisy places while you are getting the massage. 3.- Very professional staff. As a regular visitor of Silom for the past decade I found a new place which I truly recommend

I've got 90 min herbal treatment + aromatherapy and soooooo relaxed. The therapist was very professional and so does the facility. I asked the room not to be cold and it was nicely warm. I recommend aromatherapy than herb treatment. 90분 허브볼+아로마 받았는데 굉장히 전문적이고 잘 해주셨어요. 내 인생 아로마 ㅎㅎ 허브볼 보다는 아로마가 더 좋았습니다. 예약할때 방 너무 춥지않게 해달라는 요청도 잘 들어주시고 완전 개별룸 시설도 좋았습니다.

The masseuse was very friendly and nice, could speak English and would ask if it was too strong or light. My lower back has been killing these days, but the pain was gone after the two-hour session. Dahra is our go to spa when in Bangkok and we are never let down. Both the branches (Silom and Sukhumvit) are great and the therapist you get is always highly skilled. Recommend their 3 h ours and 45 minutes package if you have the time. Make sure to make a reservation in advance since they are often fully booked.

Came for a Swedish massage. My therapist had good skills but I don’t know why she was massaging my shoulders and neck for at least 15 mins when I didn’t ask for it. I can only assume she miscalculated the time because massaging the other parts was shorter than expected. Clean and modern facilities.

Uno de los mejores centros de masajes de Bangkok (Silom). Es algo más caro que algunos que se pueden encontrar paseando. Pero el trato, lugar y ambiente son excelentes. Recomiendo el masaje de pies (400 bahts ≈ 10€) de 1 hora y el masaje tailandés (el de 1 hora cuesta 450 bahts ≈ 11€).

I had the most amazing experience with the spa. I travels to Thailand on vacation and did a face massage in every city I went. By far Dahra’s services is the best one for me (Alice did my massage). After the massage, we got a nice tee and I slept like an angel that day.

The spa interior is very cozy and relaxing. They interview you if you have any medical conditions and if you want to focus the massage on specific areas of the body. Got the foot reflexology and it was fantastic. Will definitely visit the next time I'm in Bangkok.

It was a great experience! We were lucky to witness some great techniques such as manual joint mobilisation, nice trigger point pressure and generally well performed handling from the therapists! I suggest as a physiotherapist the royal thai massage to everyone!

This is only my third massage in Bangkok so admittedly my sample size is small but I loved my experience here. It was recommended to me by my boyfriend and he was 100% spot on. The massage, atmosphere, communication, and value were all the best yet.

Not worth the price by a long way. Towels were all rough, AC was noisy and the sheets didn’t fit the mattress so it folded up on each end which you could feel. Plenty of other better options for the same or less.

For the facial and upper body massage package. The facial ended with fresh cucumber slices , which was really special. There was some stretching & elbow pressure in the end as well, which I enjoyed a lot.
