I had consulted Dr.Nidhi Amla around the end of January 2021 for my mother. She has mild Parkinson’s and suddenly developed severe back pain. The pain was so unbearable for her that it affected her posture and she couldn’t walk a few steps without stopping. Based on a reference , I reached out to Dr.Nidhi for physiotherapy sessions for my mother. She evaluated my mother’s discomfort and suggested sittings as per her need. Within a few days my moms pain has merely vanished and her posture is back to being normal. Now Dr.Nidhi guides my mother for exercises and strength training to avoid future relapse. It’s so good to see my mother back to her agile self. I would like to thank dr.Nidhi for being so professional yet flexible with the patients needs. Dr Nidhi Amla is a very positive person. She not only treats your pain but is a very good influence on your mental health as well I started taking treatment from Dr Nidhi after I had multiple ankle fracture in my left leg She has been very dedicated throughout making me do my body movements so that my leg and thigh muscles do not slacken Always encouraging me to push myself and making me do muscle strengthening excercises as well. And since I was confined to bed her anecdotes and good humour have kept me hale and hearty throughout.I would highly recommend her .

Dr Nidhi is a very experienced therapist and treats her patients really well. I had severe shoulder muscle pain for over a month due to an injury. I was referred to Dr Nidhi and started physiotherapy with her. Her treatment was very effective. The soreness and pain disappeared in 6-7 sessions. Thereafter she also advised on exercises to strengthen shoulder and back muscles. Please reach out to her for any muscle injury or for physio. I first went to her when there was extreme amounts of leg pain and rashes, she immediately diagnosed it Shingles and sent me to the relevant doctor, even checked in on me later that day. After I was cured of the rashes, I started physiotherapy with her. She's a very warm and caring person and I look forward to my sessions everyday. Her level of knowledge and techniques is impeccable. It's been close to 3 weeks now, I am physically fit and am super glad she has been my physiotherapist.

I approached Dr Nidhi for the treatment of my acute neck and back pain issue.The physiotherapy treatment provided was good as she has good patience to listen and also gives confidence to us by explaining the issue in detail and suggested few simple exercises. I had fractured my leg and was on bed rest for almost 2 Months...
