If you do deliveries, learn the language a minimum. Its mistakes over mistakea and they just say "yeah yeah" and send you whatever. I ordered seven items, i got six and four of them were wrong. At least, if you didnt understand the order, the manner of decency states you should ask the customer to repeat.
