Very grateful I found this bike shop. Old school service with a smile and super knowledgeable. Kevin went out of his way to order a bike from Merida when every other shop in Melbourne couldn’t be bothered. I ended up buying a Big Trail 600 and it’s an absolute blast. When I picked it up, it wasn’t just thrown together. Alex took the time to personalise it to my specs and the coloured valve colours were a nice touch. And they also took a lot of care with my Merida Scultura 400 road bike as well after rebuilding it for me. Great job guys!

I was recommended to Cycle Fixation by a friend, and not disappointed. My first visit and I was impressed by the service, information shared and attitude by Kevin and Alex. My impressions confirmed following a 'bike fit' by Alex which has made a huge positive difference to my cycling and enjoyment of this activity. Nothing is too much trouble and evidenced recently when I experienced a flat tyre and unexpectedly called by to just get everything checked over. Highly recommended.

I've been using Cycle fixation for years now and cannot fault the friendly service. Every time I walk in the store I am greeted with knowledgeable and professional guidance. Alex and Kevin use easy to understand terms and have assisted me with purchasing and setting up my new bike/s to such a personalized standard that I will never go anywhere else. Alex was responsive and went out of his way to help me out. I was recently unable to remove one of the bottom brackets on my road bike. After contacting a few LBS - Alex was the only one who offered to try removing the BB for free. After needing to leave the bike with Alex for the afternoon he was still kind enough to waive fees and provided a great price on a replacement BB. Great local service - would highly recommend!

A terrific store if you need help. I was struggling to decide what e-bike for my wife. Kevin suggested a couple and Alex set-up a couple of bikes for my wife to test. She chose one - and added a drop-seat which was promptly ordered in. When we went to pick up the bike Alex and Justin made sure the set-up was perfect before a final test run. We were shown and told everything we need to know and left completely satisfied.

And I also really appreciate the time they spend explaining things to me after a service - what they've done and why. Means I learn too. Took my daughter's cheap mountain bike in for a service to mostly get the brakes fixed up. They went over the bike doing what they could and gave a bit of a discount off the regular servicing price as they couldn't do all of the things they'd normally do to a more advanced bike. It now rides well and is much safer with the brakes working correctly, very happy.

So helpful and excellent customer service. Took my old bike in for a service, they also changed my bike seat for me and spent time and had patience showing me how to take the front tyre on and off my bike for easier transportation. This bike shop is now my go to for all my cycling needs! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
