I will never go there again. Pathetic service. The staff dont know how to behave with a 5 year old kid. He is carrying full of attitude, doesn’t understand how a kid behaves when he will hild a kids head so tightly.. he was so rude with his actions. Even I insisted the staff not to hold the head so tightly as the kid is crying and he didn’t bothered to listen. In return he gave a small cut in the back side to the neck of my son. When I complaint to the reception they just said a casual sorry and proceeded with the payment and open the gate for me to go away. Worse experience. Refrain to go there.

Very poor franchise owner in Electronic City. So damn non cooperative. I spent 10k on hair botox, requested him to give me complimentary haircut some other day as it was already 9:00pm at night and he didn’t agree first, afterwards he told he won’t give headwash with haircut and won’t give me time slots also in weekdays evenings and weekends and told me to come in my office timings. This poor guy doesn’t value customer. For him business means money, not the satisfied customer. I wish he doesn’t sustain any business in his life.

I recently went to Cut & Style for hair spa! Hairdresser Rahul attended me and gave an amazing & relaxing spa experience! Receptionist was very attentive and calm and made sure that I get the best service.I would absolutely recommend this beautiful salon. Don't go by the negative feedback, most of us can't and won't understand how everyone works really hard at salons to attend each and every customer with or without appointments.

It was an absolutely delightful experience . The salon had a chic and modern ambiance, with clean and stylish decor .The staff Mr Kundan was not only highly professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel comfortable and was listening attentively to my requests and providing valuable suggestions. He took the time to understand my preferences and needs, resulting in a hairstyle that perfectly suited me.

What a beautiful salon!! The aesthetic is pleasant yet fun. Very affordable as well. I got global color done for my long hair at just 5300 that came along with complimentary pedicure, travel size shampoo and hair mask. Just one compliant is that they unintentionally stained my new jeans with some hair dye. P.S: They have massage chairs for pedicure, feel free to ask them to turn it on and enjoy!!

Annoying Receptionist. Went to this salon for my 1 year old son's haircut. The hair stylist was very patient with my son. Haircut was just started, then the receptionist lady came to the hair stylist and forcing him to done with my son faster as she wants him to attend another customer who just arrived. Not only that, she was impatiently standing right next to us, which was very annoying for us.

I had done my hair spa here, I found it little costly but every peny was worth because of the dedicated and awesome service provided by Rahul Bhaiya. he has good expertise and he gives attention to small details from start to end. He addresses all question which customer asks and provide necessary details before using any product on you. Thanks Rahul for awesome service.

I used the hair botox service from here. I was a little hesitant as this place was new, however they have treated my hair with utmost care and I got the best out of it. Also I wanted to trim my damaged hair without loosing my long hair look. I have received the exact service from my stylist.I will definitely going to do my future services from here only.

For Hair Cut it is good, for hair treatments? It is costly. Few employees don’t know their work, like I had to teach them how to file nails. Also I could not understand why they add double 18% GST tax, first for individual services, they’ll sum up the total and then again 18% GST on the summed up cost. It should be how it is?

Sameer is a great stylist. I have tried very different looks with him starting from the hair on top to my beard. He gives great attention to detail and is very gentle with his care. He makes you feel at ease and is attentive to your every need. This is a great place to take care of your physical appearance. Thank you, Sameer.

Too good salon and staff are too knowledgeable especially Sameer and there technology is too good and they maintain the hygiene quit well. Overall there work and everything is superb. I really love there hair cut and some other service. They are too good for giving new look to any individual and staff are also quit trained.

Not a great experience, they did not give us an option of choosing the stylist we wanted, staight on gave us the senior stylist and looted us (later gave the excuse that basic stylist was nit available) Did not like my haircut either ( nnothing like the reference) Would advice to find a better place.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. Prakash was my hair stylist and he did his job patiently and explained the entire process to me. Got global haircolor and highlights done here. Would recommend this place and Prakash to others. Will come back to try their other services.
