I really wish I could give a 0-star rating because of your racial discrimination. First Shopping Experience (November 21st): Between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM, I visited your store to inquire about purchasing Beats Solo3 headphones in two colors. When I requested assistance from an employee to see the pink headphones, I was met with the question, "Are you sure you want to buy them?" This made me uncomfortable as I believe it is reasonable to inspect the product packaging before making a purchase, considering potential color differences between the physical item and promotional images. Upon further inquiry about whether I could avail the 20% employee discount working at Jervis Shopping Center, the employee consulted with another person and informed me that the discount was only applicable to cardholders. Despite this unpleasant experience, I urgently needed new headphones, prompting me to continue considering the purchase. Second Shopping Experience (November 23rd): At 3:30 PM, I revisited your store to inquire about the same headphones and the discount. I was told that the store did not offer a 20% employee discount this time. Manager William approached me, offering a maximum discount of 15 euros and requesting me to identify the employee who had informed me of the 20% discount during the previous visit. This request made me uncomfortable, so I opted not to pursue it. When inquiring about the possibility of ordering the headphones, I was informed that there was no stock, and the specific delivery time was uncertain. Meanwhile, my husband, through a phone call, was informed that the desired headphones (Beats Solo3 in black) were unavailable at the store but could be delivered within three hours. And He Got That. This disparity struck me as grossly unfair, particularly given the prospect of an indefinite wait that I was initially informed about. During this shopping experience, a female employee of Indian descent approached me, asking, "May I have you?" However, before I could respond, she promptly turned to assist another customer. After completing the service for the other customer, she walked past me as if she hadn't noticed or had forgotten her initial inquiry. This left me with a profound sense of discrimination.

The prices in the windows differ from reality and grow by the second. The service is lame, the staff does not know anything about the goods they sell. There are no prices on the goods, and if not, then let them give them away for free. You ask an employee, he doesn't know, he searches through the site and then he doesn't know how to use it.

Shocking returns and repair service left waiting weeks for a replacement kettle despite them saying it would take 72 hours . I'm over 3 weeks waiting for the replacement since it was collected by a courier. I'd recommend not buying from Curry's there a disaster.
