Having ordered via Careem (great reviews) then Google them, I was very surprised at the amount of negative reviews (all seem to be 12 months+ ago) before it was delivered. Looking at past negative reviews, they seem very unjust, given this is a British Indian, not your typical Indian here in Dubai. What I can say as a Brit, this was exactly the Indian we were expecting and it was absolutely worth every Dirham. Everything was popping hot, extremely tasty and a nice little reminder of food back home (the UK). Can’t remember the last time we seen half rice, half chips and the naan is the size of your head. Tikka masala perfectly cooked along with fresh poppadoms and a chutney tray. There’s 100’s of Indians in Dubai but if you’re looking for an Indian that takes you back home to the UK, look no further. Looks like we’ve found our Friday takeaway! P.s - I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need to after reading the ridiculous negative reviews even after you’ve made it so abundantly clear you’re a British Indian.

I usually order from curry mile when I’m craving that uK style curry that we find back at home (don’t order if you’re expecting authentic Indian food) usually they are very good and closest to home you can get after living in Dubai for 12 years. However on this occasion I really felt ripped off (their prices are much higher then a regular Indian takeaway here anyways). The meat pieces in each curry I ordered were next to nothing, I ordered one king prawn dish which I paid extra for however the prawns were smaller than the regular size prawn dish that had I ordered previously, which I pad less for. I also paid extra for lamb tika in one of the curries and the meat pieces are so small you really wouldn’t know what you are eating. I don’t think I will order from here again considering the prices they charge and the quality/amount of meat they put into each curry.

The food was slop, inedible slop. They were top of deliveries list for curry on Deliveroo - when the food arrived and it was fried meat with separate sauces all of which were too sweet and not curried or spiced at all, inedible slop. Do not use this place and don’t trust Deliveroo ratings, you can obviously buy a spot at the top of their list and just deliver dog food.

I come from Manchester and have lived globally for a lot of life. This was by far the worst curry I have ever had. The tikka was certainly not cooked in a Tandoor it was boiled. The curry came out bright red. The other curry was simply boiled minced oniod and overcooked chicken. As a curry lover I will never be doing that to myself again. Truly truly terrible

Eh.. what’s with the nuclear coloured food guys (referring to your weirdly bright red TM)? Aside from that, the butter chicken and tikka masala both tasted like warmed up lumpy maple syrup. Pull the other one, telling customers this isn’t an authentic Indian but a “British high street Indian”. That was the single worst curry I’ve ever had in my life.

Quite frankly my main criteria for places like this is how my stomach feels the next day. FIVE stars. Flavour, portion size, variety of choices, this place does it all and does it well. No mean task running a food biz consistently for years. Don’t believe me? Try it.

Honestly the best uk curry in Dubai took advantage of their great special 99dhs offer plus extras we added. The tikka massala and chicken duppiaza was unreal. Honestly reminds me so much of curry back home #currymile #Manchester

I can't recommend Curry Mile enough! Ordered multiple times and never had an issue. The whole selection is incredible, especially the curried pizzas. Thanks again, and will be back soon.

Just had a fantastic meal. Ordered online with ease and delivered quickly. chicken Pathia was amazing, the only authentic one I have found in 14 years in dubai. Highly recommended.
