Management is horrible. They have no regard for your complaints or concerns. They are allowed to harrash you if it's seen in the company's best interest. The bathroom always broken if they had the key, the sink don't work like they water off in the facility. Like I should be lucky that they toilets still flush. They don't care if they lose business they are making enough money. Sad part it's ran by black people yet they black people who work there treat other black people like they better then us cause we need their services.

Arrived at loc around 2pm found office closed due to only 1 person on duty, found her to be very sarcastic and a poor attitude. I was a new customer who had a number of questions and wanted clarification on some things. Her response was well you didn't read the contract which was inappropriate since the unit she gave me wasn't the one I was initially shown. She also appeared annoyed when I questioned an insurance charge when i told her that I in fact had insurance. I will reevaluate the relationship after my 1st month.

I haven't moved in yet but the staff is efficient professional and nice. The facility & storage unit are clean & the climate is comfortable. The only thing I would like is a light in the unit. The facility light eluminates the unit but not a lot. It's expensive for my budget but I believe my property will be secure stored there. At this point they deserve 5 stars. If things change I'll revisit the review.

The representative at the office was not very accommodating. I arrived at the office 20 minutes prior to closing and instead of completing my reservation to get me in before the codes would not be active he decided to multi-task and assist several other customers who came in after I was there. I completed my own reservation online with no assistance of the worker. I believe his name was (Raymond).

Advertising scam. The rates you see on the internet page are not accurate and more than likely are for storage units that require a ladder to reach. Also, you are forced to purchase insurance that includes a $10.25-$23.06 per month service fee. The building is poorly constructed and have had multiple instances of property damage although this location is “climate controlled “.

What a positive experience. I had just driven from California to NYC and the staff members at the storage facility upon my arrival were helpful, kind and professional. The property is very very clean and feels very secure. The loading area was perfect for me to unload my vehicle, store my belongings and be on my way. I am very happy with the facility and the process.

I’m here to shout out Whitney! She’s super sweet and came in clutch a couple times when I needed help during the couple months I used this space. Give her a raise! And thank you to the man(ager?) on duty during closing on Tuesday 8/1, who helped me out when I was running late. Also, this location was always clean.

Unless you pay for a year in advance to lock in the price, they will raise the monthly rate 20% every 4-5 months. And when you try to speak to the store manager, they are indifferent and dismissive. Don’t bother trying to reach out to the district manager, they never get back to you.

Prices went up too often and too much. Moved out to another self - storage for less than half the price in the same neighborhood (no discount). Also, air conditioning often down. I had business merchandise that was getting damaged because the temp was too warm.

The manager Mike (?) and employee Whitney were always friendly, helpful and provided me with the information I needed for moving in and closing out. Also, the locker I rented was spotless and I never had an incident with any staff or other renters.

Whitney is very professional and cubesmart is very lucky to have her. She gets 5 ⭐️’s from me. I had to remove a star because due to a rodent infestation that happened during month 2. Don’t get a ground floor unit near the doors …

It's all good, I use to put my things in there . The price is always suitable for your pockets and they also got this ONE MONTH FREE, if they still got it . But they are very reliable when it comes to doing business with them .

First the very pleasant staff at this establishment. They are nice, professional, gave detail explanation on the in and out on using the facility answered every question I had, showed me around and I felt welcomed.

So grateful to have found CubeSmart at 145th! Super well taken care of and fully safe. It’s also an easy offloading from the parking to the unit. I appreciate Mike’s patience on what can be a stressful moving day.

The gentleman who was at the facility offered exceptional customer service, he was polite and very attentive. Since it was my first time he was rather helpful. It made the experience so much easier and enjoyable

I'd advise you going here only if you have to. They act like they don't need your business. Or have so many complaints from different chains they don't know who to take seriously.

First of all the cleanest of everything. The spaces are in very good conditions. The staff is also friendly and polite.
