The saleman was very kind and respectful. He showed me four units and was very patient. I was not sure which size to pick so an explanation and an actual walkthrough of the various sizes was very helpful to answering all my questions. I was very grateful for the walkthrough and the explanation of prices for each unit.

I went there and felt very comfortable. Everyone was helpful. Mr. Cooper made sure I was comfortable with my storage area. He took time to make sure I understood all the paperwork. Everyone was smiling, and doing a great job with other customers. I would recommend this to anyone I know who needs storage area.

Wouldn't recommend them.The light in my storage died and was never changed. Overtime there were spider webs all over my products. They raise the rent every year based on the "market". That's the problem with Publicly traded storage companies, Find a local storage unit. You'll have better luck.
