After reading good reviews, I called Simon for a quote - & he slotted me in that week, coming to our home. I had a full detail and cut / polish of my Touareg after a recent outback trip, which left dust throughout the car, & mud all over it. His attention to detail, hours spent with multiple cleaning tools, & products - was very much appreciated. It’s virtually good as new! I have booked him to come back again for my wife’s car now also. Highly recommend Simon to those who value a good job. As they say “you get what you pay for” - and with many fast-wash services around these days, that get poor reviews for inferior value / quality (often needing additional work done), it’s worth paying more to get the job done right the first time! Paid $450 cash to have vehicle detailed. Vehicle was not washed as in no water was used to actually clean the vehicle. Rubbish was left in back pockets of car, spider webs left on front and rear bumpers, exhaust not cleaned and in fact soot smeared on rear bumper near the exhaust. Owner of the business refused to return and finish the job properly, admitted he did not do a good job apologised and offered to refund $100. Even at $350 this was a very poor job and I will not use this business again. I have photos of the vehicle which show how poorly this job was done, which unfortunately I am unable to post. I am happy to pay top dollar for a vehicle detail if a top quality job is performed, this was not a top quality job. Never again.

I'm extremely late to the party in writing this review as we got Simon around over a year ago now, however better late than never! Simon is exceptional at what he does and I will never go anywhere else for car detailing. He detailed my husband's old Merc both inside and out and spent the entire day on it. I honestly thought it was permanently stained and dirty in the interior and wouldn't be salvageable given the state of it, no matter what service I got in to help clean it up. But low and behold, Simon cleaned it up to absolute pristine condition. His attention to detail is incredible! He is worth every cent. He also fit us in within the week which I was extremely happy with. Cannot recommend Simon enough! Thank you Simon

Simon from Crystal Clear Mobile Restoration did an amazing cut and polish of my black Suzuki. My car looks brand new again! He did much more than I had expected, with cutting back and polishing the headlights and body, applying a ceramic seal as well as also blacking the tyres and cleaning the inside of my windscreen. I am so rapt with the job he did that I have shared it with all of my friends and family and hope they will all take advantage of the job that Simon does, made all the better because as a mobile service, he will drive to you to do the work!

Phoned Simon on the Wednesday while away on our caravanning trip and was booked in quickly for the following Monday. We had just travelled 12000km through WA and NT and Simon was here from 8am to 6pm leaving us with a cleaner car than what we began our trip in. Went back to work on Tuesday and you would never have known we had been away in the red dirt. Thank you again Simon for all the time and effort you put in and was a very reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

Simon is fantastic. He accepted a last minute booking and did the most thorough job of cleaning my car inside and out. My car was filthy from pets, kids and many beach visits and Simon sorted it out and made it sparkle like new, he arrived before 9am and left at around 6pm to ensure that it was spotless!!! Simon recently carried out an extensive clean on the inside of my parents 20-year-old car, which had not been cleaned for many years. He did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was excellent. He did amazing job cleaning the leather seats as well as the rest of the interior, including carpets and boot. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to get their car detailed. I contacted Simon after one of our cats had an accident in the car on the way to the vet. We cleaned the seat but, no amount of scrubbing could remove the smell. Simon came and spent hours in the heat scrubbing and cleaning the interior of the car. The interior looks so clean and smells fantastic. I recently hired Simon to detail our SUV after an interstate trip. We had dogs in the back seat and lot of pet hair in the back seats. Simon did an amazing job with the car. Horrible job. Roof not touched because he thought my wife wouldn’t check. Door jams not touched. Cobwebs still on bullbar. Windows smeared. Bugs on the bumper. He offered me a partial refund for what he had missed and refunded me $100. I did ask him to come and rectify but he said “that won’t be happening”.

Service was impeccable! Booked in quickly, communication was clear with expectations, arrived on time and he worked tirelessly! We had 2 car left done- both of which were a challenge and they were done without complaint or issue, And both look brand new!! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you so much!
