The owner is the main pharmacist. He's name is David, and is of Asian background (not that it has anything to do with this review) I'm just describing the pharmacist to potential customers. The other reviewers were all spot on! The rest of the female staff are lovely. But the pharmacist is rude, patronising, couldn't care less, and I honestly can't believe the shop is still trading with service like that. Very over priced too. So if you want to be spoken to like a POS, and you are happy to pay his inflated prices. Head on down to Croydon Hills Pharmacy in Mc Adams square. The guy obviously hates his job and needs to either retire or go and work in a NON customer relations role. I've been in many times over last 12 months and it's always the same. It's a huge thumbs down from me, and id score it 0/10 if it wasn't for the friendly helpful girls that are working in there. So I will give it a 2.5/10 By the Way this pharmacist couldn't care less about what people are saying about his pharmacy on Google reviews. Again just goes to show how much he cares for his patients / customers.

My doctor emailed me a prescription. I understand that the chemist needs an original. Instead of stating that an original was needed, the Chemist just barked "I can't fill that!" in a rude manner. Only after I asked him if my doctor could email a copy was I told that my doctor could email a copy to the chemist, as long as he posted the original to the chemist. Again, this was stated in an insulting and condescending manner. The chemist was extremely rude and short while speaking with me. I had my doctor contact another chemist located further away from my house. That chemist filled my prescription, while treating me properly. We won't be seeking service from Croydon Hills Pharmacy again. The chemist at this pharmacy needs a lot of work on his customer service.

EXPENSIVE!! BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Walked in at lunchtime for a certified copy of my drivers license, only to be told they don't have a scanner. Returned later that day with a scanned copy only to be met by a young girl behind the desk who informed me that there would be a $3 charge for the pharmacists signature! With my shock she then proceeded to inform me that the pharmacy was doing the public a favour for charging for certifications and that we should be lucky its not $5 or more! Complete money grab! Can't get believe they charge anyone! A fee wouldn't even include a photocopy! The length of time she argued for was longer than the time it would have taken the pharmacist to verify the copy.

I came into PharmaSave the other week because I was not near my usual pharmacy and was in need of a few things. Completely disoriented and in a bit of a hurry I was quickly greeted by Katrina who was lovely enough to take me around to find all the items I needed to that I could be in and out. She was knowledgeable and even recommended some better things than I was after and they’ve lived up to her advice perfectly. I left with a smile on my face and a new go to pharmacy. Thank you to Katrina, she was amazing!

Had a lovely and efficient experience at this pharmacy today from who I learnt was the lovely Kira. After asking if I needed any assistance (I did, as this was not my local pharmacy), her guidance and proper working manner allowed her to direct me to my item of need, and instructed me on appropriate use and expected effect of the laxatives I was inquiring about. Thoroughly pleased with her obvious enthusiasm for her business, always excellent to see young adults thriving in the work force. 5 stars.

I have visited this pharmacy a few times since new management took over. I'm very impressed with the service and attention to detail. If an item I require isn't stocked their friendly staff have been more than happy to order the item for me. The prices are fair too and can't be compared to chemist warehouse as they don't give any personal service or process scripts in such a timely manor as Croydon hills pharmacy does. I'll definitely be back. The new owner is lovely.

Excellent services! my mother in law just moved to Cherry Tree village recently and her next door neightbour using this pharmacy and recommend us to come here. and we were very happy with our first visit. the pharmacist have explained very thoroughly about the webster pack service they provide and the daily FREE delivery to my mother in law door step and all of these extra services are all free of charge . I would recommend this pharmacy highly

Rudest Chemist Ever...Asked for advice to have the chemist, first off, not even acknowledge my presence in the empty chemist but to then continually roll his eyes at me, be rude and not listen to anything I had to say or ask. This is not the first instance he has been rude when picking up a prescription or asking for advice. Not normally a reviewer but my gosh, Im sorry. To speak to customers like that. Wow.

First time to get my prescription here and will unfortunately be the last..I usually pay $14 at Chemist Warehouse and today it cost me $23!!! I understand that smaller pharmacies are unable to fully compete with the likes of Chemist Warehouse but I'm sorry $9 in the difference is an absolute joke! Was looking for a new local pharmacy as I have just moved to the area but sadly this wont be it.

From the moment I walked through the door of Pharmasave today Katrina’s service was outstanding. She had smile and a positive energy, happy to help me out with any questions I had.
