The staff is phenomenal! Priscilla did a fantastic job of listening what I wanted my hair and showing me different styles for my hair! Barbie is fantastic for checking in on the clients and making sure we are well taken care of. By the middle of my appointment I decided to go with my wedding makeup to see how I would look and Cesar is a talented artist. He made sure I looked my absolute best while listening to what I wanted. From years of struggling with looking my best, this appointment made me feel absolutely beautiful I cried with the final result. It is how I imagined I would look for my wedding. I am more than excited to have Priscilla work on my hair for my wedding and Cesar to do my makeup, because this is the most beautiful I have ever felt in years. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family who want amazing outcomes and want to feel and look their best!

The staff is very kind, all of them. The space is really clean and pretty. I love the ability to schedule online. But, I’ve been cancelled on twice in a row. Priscilla did squeeze me in when I got canceled on by another stylist there, which was very nice. But, I have to be honest and say I got two good cuts here, one bad one, and one cut that made zero change to my hair and was not what I wanted. Considering the cuts are $125-$150, that’s unacceptable to me. The last two cuts I had, I didn’t even get a wash, just a dry cut and the last one took 30 minutes. A good cut should be an hour. It felt rushed, and I was charged $150. I felt pretty bad about that. I recently went somewhere else that charged me $80 and the cut was the best I had in years.

This salon really IS the Best in San Antonio !!! I am absolutely blown away by my hair transformation in just a few hours sitting . (I have a ton of hair I’m usually in a chair for an easy 7+ hours.) Precilla is a True professional at her craft. I have searched high and low for a great blonde specialist in Tampa & now Texas. My search is over , she incredibly knowledgeable about hair and knew exactly what I wanted . She also got me in such a reasonable time frame just before a special occasion. The absolute best: Priscilla and her assistant, Kathy, are experts in creating a look with individually placed human hair extensions. It’s more than just placing the extensions. It’s placing these beautiful human hair strands so the face is framed to give the most flattering look. I think that extensions make one look younger. As a “mature” client, I heartily recommend them for a woman whose hair could benefit from an upgrade. I will never give up my extensions! I will always recommend Priscilla for the best quality work.

I’ve been trying to find the courage to dye my hair red (a natural red head) color for years but I was so afraid of it not coming out how I wanted. I researched a bunch of places and I always chickened out. Well, I finally went for it because I loved how Charles did my mom’s hair and knew I could trust him. So glad I went for it. He did a phenomenal job and managed to get my the exact shade of red I wanted. Highly recommend him, he’s wonderful. I wish I took a before pic.

So exciting that Christopher Valdez has joined this salon! It is a gorgeous, modern space that is chic and comfortable. Chris knows exactly what to do with my hair and truly listens to what I’m looking for. He has rolled with me through many hair colors and cuts. And I always leave my appointment feeling beautiful! I had my haircut with Charles. As I’m nearing my 40s I was looking for a more age appropriate haircut and was having a hard time finding a stylist that knew how to fade, and a barber that knew how to style. Charles was that individual. He walked me through my expectations and explained the steps that were necessary to get there. Look forward to working with Charles from here on out.

Brand new beautiful location in the Alamo Heights area. Large, spacious, well designed in all white decorum. Priscilla is the it-girl for long length extensions and does a phenomenal job. Moving from the Dfw area, I didn’t think I would find such an amazing salon in the SA area, but here it is. If you have been looking for a luxurious salon, here you go ladies

Great haircut, the people are nice, beautiful salon but I had to give this place a three star rating because the shampoo station chairs and sink area are VERY uncomfortable. This is part of the experience I look forward to when getting my hair cut is relaxing during a great scalp massage. But unfortunately this part of the salon is not executed very well.

I absolutely love my hair from the cut, to color, to style! I get compliments all of the time thanks to Cesar. He did my daughter’s hair as well, an amazing balayage. Cesar is an amazing stylist, he gave my daughter and I exactly what we wanted & more. I highly recommend Crown Couture and Cesar! We will definitely keep coming back.

I literally had the best experience here, from the receptionist to the hair professionals everyone was AMAZING! Liz did a beautiful balayage on my hair and Priscilla gave me a nice trim. Pricilla is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She gave me the gift that keeps on giving GOOD HAIR! My extensions are unreal. It looks like my real hair and it’s because of Pricilla’s unmatched skills. Also it helps that the salon is beautiful, and the service is wonderful!

Great haircut/service with Rafael (who was masked/following appropriate precautions) however I was uncomfortable that masking was not enforced for several other clients/staff within close proximity of me. I’d go back but not until Covid is improved.

Raphael did an amazing job on my hair!!! I LOVE it. I came to town to visit a friend & asked her if her stylist (Raphael) would have time to do my hair. I will gladly drive 8 hours to visit my friend & have any future upkeep on my hair!!

Cesar is amazing! He had a passion for helping women feel and look great! He did my daughter’s hair and makeup for her senior pics and cut my hair. The time just flies when you are in his chair. Love my cut!!! Love Cesar❤️
