"One of the better bars in Dublin"
"Bar is an absolute disgrace, came in yesterday for a few drinks just me by myself and I was refused entry as they told me that they were full, so I then watched and seen that people continue to enter the bar so I confronted a bouncer about it, and he told me that he was discriminating against me because I was a member of the traveller community have the whole thing on video will be I know some people cannot behave but Jesus Christ"
"The place is quite cozy and has a relaxed athmosphere"
"Crowbar, stocks a vast array of craft beer, international beers, a hand-picked selection of whiskey's and gins, a long and assorted list of spirits, wine and cocktails"
"The bar is beautiful however I almost dye last night with the food"
One of the better bars in Dublin. Like many reviewers have said on here, this place is usually quite quiet, at least it was when I went. Some might not like that, but in a city that can be bustling with packed pubs, finding this place was a plesant surprise. We had a quick chat with the barman who was friendly and had some good chat before we sat down, the decor was relaxing and the music well chosen. I only had a few ciders but the drinks were the coldest throughout any I came across throughtout my trip, and considering the heat was blistering outside it was well appreciated. This was one of the few pubs that I visited on multiple occasions, the prices were far better than most, and everything else I mentioned made this pub one of the most ideal if you want a more chilled vibe in a busy city.

Bar is an absolute disgrace, came in yesterday for a few drinks just me by myself and I was refused entry as they told me that they were full, so I then watched and seen that people continue to enter the bar so I confronted a bouncer about it, and he told me that he was discriminating against me because I was a member of the traveller community have the whole thing on video will be I know some people cannot behave but Jesus Christ. It’s 2023 can’t paint everyone with the 1 Brush. He told me I wasn’t allowed in because my kind did not know how to behave, wouldn’t mind I was never in the pub in my life but will be contacting my solicitor about the situation. And I hope the bar staff see this because I cannot get in contact with them.
The place is quite cozy and has a relaxed athmosphere. However toilets are difficult to find (at the very back). Their wine selection is very poor, beer selection is average at best and some coctails have an artificial aftertaste. Noise levels run too high if the background music is on and you can hear concerts going on in the next door venure. Overall I still enjoyed hanging out there.
Crowbar, stocks a vast array of craft beer, international beers, a hand-picked selection of whiskey's and gins, a long and assorted list of spirits, wine and cocktails. Crowbar is situated in the centre of Dublin's Temple Bar. As the last bastion of sanity before the madness and tourist traps that flood the area, Crowbar offers you a safe haven.

The bar is beautiful however I almost dye last night with the food. The employee gave me a wrong dish. I can't eat avocado. She put the wrong filling and the wrong sauce. I ordered tacos with chorizo filling and orange sauce. She gave me pork!! Instead and avicadp sauce! It was disgusting and I vomited everything in the toilet. €8,20 very expensive meal.
FALSE ADVERTISING ! Says on the board besides the bar cocktail special 2 for 15€ and beer of the week 3 for 20€. That's all. When I was about to pay only then they told me it's not valid on Saturday, I asked why it doesn't says so on the board, they didn't wanna say. I paid almost double the price. Staff are nice and prices are OK.
Went here with my work colleagues on a Friday night - yeah it's about to be fun! It was the life, the energy of the patrons and then of course, the cocktails and shots that made this bar outstanding for me. Sure, the decor is quaint but it has its charm and surrounded by usually friendly customers, I had an awesome time …
Security guards and behaviour is extremely questionable. Makes slanderous accusations against patrons and chauvinistic behaviour to women. Security then refused to show security Arm band when asked. Bar clearly is employing unregistered security if refusing to show ID. Steer clear. In breach of law and danger to the public.
Got the turkey special. One thin slice of turkey ☹️ It certainly lived up to the expectation of tasting like a Christmas dinner, I'll give them that. However I was expecting something a bit more substantial for €8.50. Maybe a few crisps on the side. Or hell, even a napkin that I didn't have to get up and go searching for.
Cocktails are good, ambience nice, but the waiter doesn't care at all if you want to order something. We stayed at the bar for about 1 1/2 hours and saw that everyone actually had to get up and order his/her drink at the bar (including us), because the waiter was looking at his smartphone THE WHOLE time, doing nothing.
The barkeep was really friendly! He let us try a few beers before picking one and made nice conversation. The atmosphere is great. Furniture is cool and the space is set up to have your private group together but close enough to other tables to welcome mingling. Big projector to watch matches too!
Lovely seating area just seconds away form the madness of temple bar, I enjoyed the extensive cocktail menu but it would be nice to have a list of all ingredients in the cocktails rather than listing each under the main alcoholic component. I would definitely return next time I'm in Dublin :)
Asked for a jug of water to my room but was told that the hotel doesn't do jugs of water and that I'd need to go to spar to get it. Tv didn't work and saw people taking crack around the side of the hotel. Not the classiest.
not too expensive and a really nice environment to have a few drinks in while you’re in temple bar

Great atmosphere and lighting complemented by retro noughties music. Drinks are expensive as you'd imagine in Temple Bar. You'd go for a drink before a gig but probably not otherwise.

The lady bouncer is the rudest bouncer I’ve seen, when we asked where is entrance for the show tonight she said show is cancelled, but it wasn’t and we found it by asking another person. Unprofessional.
Great cocktail bar in the middle of temple bar. Nice music and the staff is so friendly. Not as expensive as the other places in that area. I always go there and recommend it to everyone.
Have a cold pint of Guinness while you're waiting for your tour next door at the The Irish Rock 'n' Roll Museum Experience. At 5 PM we had this place to ourselves. Sit back and relax.
I had the best time, perfect music, amazing drinks for a fair price. 10 star for Cayo and Jonatan and Thiago who mad our experience Incredible. Check out the place and the cocktails
Staff in this place are only good for cleaning up. Had to get up to the bar to order drinks and food. As soon as got up the waiter cleared our table, must be some bored people.
Blonde female bartender with right arm tattoo was terrible, if you don’t want to be there please don’t ruin other folks night by being unpleasant. 1 star without regret
Very nice, chilled and quiet bar, just what I needed after a very long day... Some may find it a little on the dark side lighting wise, but I thought it was spot on
We went on Saturday afternoon wasn't many people but atmosphere in was great lovely music good drink. Also everyone can visit Museum next door all about Musician
The new stitches Comedy gig up Stairs on Sunday at 9 was amazing. Fantastic line up in an amazing room. Definitely worth a visit if you're around town.

Good beer, good atmosphere and music, bartender does not care about your existence, and for god's sske fix the toilets!
Fantastic place, love the beer and the staff. Ciaron was serving me always had a smile on his face and great service.
Such a nice place! All the staffs were so kind and helpful! Couldn't recommend more!! (The best caipirinha ever!)
This bar is strictly a bar for crows so that means no sparrows or guls I brought my pelican an was not allowed in
Staff are always very nice, it's somewhere you can have a drink and a conversation which is rare in temple bar
The bartender was really friendly and they had great live music going on. A great little place to visit.
False advertisement that you cannot buy inside. There is no 3x beer of the week for 12 euro!
First time here, lovely staff in a relaxed atmosphere, definitely going to come back …
the staff was amazing, they made me feel like family the best bar ever ✨❣️
The best bar in Dublin. Lovely staff and great fun 100/5
