I went in there to purchase some bolts that I was told by a lady on the phone they would have available. Upon arrival I was informed by a man behind the counter that they didn't have them he said that I probably talked to a woman from sales and they were mistaken. About that time a man appeared from the rear saying there were no women that worked there and that "Women don't know the difference from a bolt and a nut". He had one of the rudest attitudes I have seen in a while and then told me he was the owner. How a person that talks about women and treats customers that have drove over a hour to buy from you such disrespect has been in business so long. I know there are people that will buy from him but for the lack of respect he showed I will never give him any of my money and I own a trucking company so I am always turning wrenches witch means I am always needing parts and supplies. I have been married to the same woman for almost 19 years and she can turn a wrench the same as anyone so don't say that woman don't know the difference between a nut and a bolt because I am from the south and we treat people including women with respect. This is my experience but use your own judgement.

Crouch Sales got me out of a bind. I called at the end of the day looking for an unusual bolt that the big box stores didn't carry. Tom (the owner) answered the phone and was very helpful. Since I was quite a drive away, he went to the shelf and confirmed that he had enough of what I needed. Tom was sincerely more concerned with the situation I was in (not being able to find the bolt I needed) than the inconvenience that he was going to go through, just to make sure I didn't waste my trip. He was genuinely nice and understanding. It is hard to find a business that actually cares about their customer in current times. If I have a need in the future, I will definitely use Crouch Sales again.

Awesome place, awesome staff, massive hardware selection! This was the third place I called so I was ready to be disappointed as the first two places made comments of “this isn’t a small hardware store” and “we don’t accept small orders”. The gentleman helping me with my phone order was so helpful. When I arrived there was another salesperson kindled assisting a customer despite the language barrier. I will return and recommend this place.

Quality! Honesty! Loyalty! What else can you ask for in a family owned company? And you don’t often find a company where the owners are still hands on! Hands down the best in Dallas! I refer everyone here because you’re not just an account number doing business with them. I can bet that an employee will still remember your name from doing previous business. Quality over quantity any day!!!

Very helpful, staff invested a lot of time to find the correct item i was in need of. I should've noted the name of the associate that helped me, but with the time I spent in the lobby, I witnessed all the customers receiving excellent customer service.

Took me 5 minutes to get in contact with someone who could sell me left handed nuts, and took them less than 5 minutes to get those nuts from their storeroom. Very good, direct customer service for a guy in a hurry.
