I do not have a lot of experience in Thailand hair salons, but it became clear moments after I sat down in front of the mirror that this internationally trained hairdresser was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I showed her a few pictures for the style and color I wanted just once, and with her vision and skill she created the cut and style uniquely fashioned for me without hesitation. I had searched many Bangkok salons online before finding Creative Hair. Amazing that a place with some of the most consistently positive reviews, the fastest English text response time and a central location—was also the most economical!

Amazing service at the salon : both stylists took great care in making me feel comfortable and listening to what I wanted. Even the shampoo was amazing. I am delighted with the cut I received, it fits my expectations perfectly. I was visiting Thailand from Ireland (I am French and struggle to find salons I like in Dublin) and was received with an appointment made on facebook the day prior. I stayed at the salon about an hour. (shampoo, cut and blowdry) I definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like a good, reasonably priced haircut and great service by two lovely ladies. The best hair bleaching service I have ever received! The hairdressers were so nice, gave extra care so I didn’t get bleach on my skin, and it also included on olaplex treatment - my hair was looking better than ever after this appointment! No damage. Just glistening blond and my curls looked great! And Thitima was so sweet, after we were done our card wasn’t working so she came back to our hotel with us so we could get her some cash, always with a smile and curious about our life. So much sweet energy and def knows what she’s doing!! Said her shop has been there for over 30 years :) recommend!!

Hands down, probably the best haircut I've ever gotten! Ms. Mai is an absolute gem - she understood that I'm after within seconds and managed to cut my hair perfectly, including some details that I haven't even mentioned. I have really thin and knackered hair that sometimes is tricky to shape - she handled it amazingly. Super professional, extremely friendly (she speaks English so you get to chat a bit) and generally very impressive - I was highly amused watching her perform gymnastics all around me in her stylish stiletos! 10/10 would recommend.

One month update: Titima’s Olaplex treatment is amazing! I had keratin one month prior, and I initially came to her to get the keratin redone because my hair was so frizzy, she gave me great advice and said don’t waste money on keratin and get Olaplex instead. I’m so glad I did, my hair became smoother and easier to blow dry. Very glad I chose this salon I feel like other salon would not have given this advice. Had olaplex and blow dry. Best blow dry ever, has lasted 5 days and still going! Titima is very sweet and gave me great advice.

My favorite haircut I've ever gotten! I usually hate going to hairsalons and just let it grow... but it was time. I feel so elegant, cute, sexy and confidence after the cut! She works true magic and pays attention to details. Also takes pictures when you ask for it. I think my hair never looked so good! And the price is sooo great too! Paid only 600 baht for wash, cut, dry+style. I gave a tip because it was so worth it. I'll come back next time I'm in Bangkok.

I came in wanting to go darker and I was given the most beautiful dark chocolate brown hair with some lowlights. At first, the highlights seemed a little too light and these ladies made sure to darken with a shampoo and now I have beautiful, subtle lowlights within the dark color. I’m very happy to have such a gorgeous change. I was even fed noodles, coffee, and chocolate while I waited. Truly above and beyond service. I recommend to everyone!!!

Salon is located in convenience location. I have been using hair service here more than 10years. I am a true fan of this salon. I did hair straightenning, hair coloring and treatment. Great experience as I was looking for a hair dresser having experience with white people hair as well as speaking a good levé of english. I had no idea of what I wanted to do with my hair and trusted her completely for the. Color and hair cut advices. I was really pleased with the result. She is really experienced and has been trained in California :) I paid 3,500BHT for hair cut color hair mask and blow dry.

My hair was severely damaged from bleaching and whenever I shower, wads of hair come off. So I did my research and found Creative Hair. The technicians were all very nice and Thitima styled my hair according to my face shape and did her very best to salvage what was left of the damaged hair. Plus, they used OLAPLEX products It's the BEST DECISION I have ever made for my hair. Will definitely come back.

Ms. Mai is quick, experienced and very kind. She speaks English too. I had a good time chatting with her while she was working on my haircut. I love it, yet I would recommend that you clarify what you want very well. Go for longer hair (If yours is wavy/ curly) and check how it looks on you. Then ms. Received an exceptional service here! The hairdresser is undoubtedly very professional. I just showed her a few pictures of haircut I want and she reproduced it in the best possible way! Also I'd like to underline that the work was done quite fast. But again it depends on what kind of haircut you want. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a salon. I asked them to be gentle with my scalp and they were. She helped me choose a color that was a perfect fit for me. The cut and styling was well done. Thitima is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. She speaks English and so as a traveler her salon felt accessible. I have been traveling for 7 months and I needed a color and cut desperately. My experience here was absolutely amazing. Color is perfect and the cut I got was the best I have had in years. It was my very first time getting my hair permanently straightened. Hmai is sutch a nice person and she and her employee did an excellent job. The BEST place to get your hair bleached, and probably any other service also. Literally the best bleaching job my partner and I got, probably ever (and we’ve been to a lot of salons!). I found a place because it has a lot of reviews, I booked and confirmed, when I went there the hair stylist have other costumer while she's cutting my hair she will stop and cut other costumer's hair too! We had our hair coloured and trimmed. The photos says it all. She uses good hair products such as Olaplex to make sure that our hair was not damaged from the colouring and bleaching and her pricing was absolutely reasonable. Both Thitima and her assistant are a gem.
