I rented a unit through Ray White Blackwood for 2 and a half years and it was the best real estate I have ever dealt with! Gino Natoli was very professional but also very understanding of considering my circumstances when I took on the rental because I wasn't working or yet on Centrelink (where lots of other real estates just said "no we won't accept an application from you" without even hearing my story or checking references etc. I liked that they conducted inspections every 3 months and they always actioned any repairs within 24 hours after the inspection was done. After a year and half my work circumstances changed again and I asked for a periodical lease and they accepted and understood why I wanted that. Gino was always very prompt and professional in all communications that we had. I would highly recommend Ray White Blackwood for any rental services you may have.

As plumbing contractors, we have been working with Shenai on property management maintenance and bathroom upgrades for her Landlords. Of the many property managers we deal with throughout the industry Shenai stands out. Worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with. No responses to phone calls or emails, even if urgent. Treated me and my housemates like a nuisance and accused us of lying if the house ever needed maintenance, no maintenance ever carried out unless the residential tribunal was consulted. A lot of "forgotten" emails never sent to owner. Would never recomend these guys to anyone.
