I went into Courtesy Ford on November 13th 2021 hoping to find a used vehicle within my price range. I am a single mother, so naturally I was there with my kids as well as my parents to help. I have been car shopping before and have had experiences with sales people that will take advantage of me that I am distracted with kids, by showing me cars not in my price range hoping to get more money out of me than I can afford. But not with Hunter at Courtesy Ford. He was AMAZING! From start to finish. He was very patient with me and especially my children. He even kept them distracted by playing and talking with them, so my parents and I could ask any questions or concerns we had. I live in Washington state in a rural area where every winter we get lots of snow, I needed something dependable yet durable. Hunter succeeded in finding me something to that fit my needs. Though the price was above my budget, He and the financial department helped bring down the price to fit my budget. I couldn't be happier. I arrived at Courtesy Ford with my parents in their vehicle but left with a 2009 AWD Ford Flex in impeccable condition! My experience at Courtesy Ford with Hunter goes beyond words, if I could give Hunter 100 stars out of 5 I would in a heart beat. I've never had the pleasure of working with someone so kind, honest and hardworking as him before and the fact that he was so kind and patient with my children speaks volumes to me about how much Ford values Family, Kindness, and Quality. Anyone looking for new or used vehicles I would definitely recommend Hunter at Courtesy Ford. Thank you Hunter for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and help during my visit last weekend. I am so happy with my Ford Flex, it drives so nicely, quietly. I can now go visit family in Oregon without worrying about if I'm going to break down on the side of the free way.
Just wanted to say thanks to Clyde, incredible professional who facilitated the transaction quickly and maintained a great level of professionalism. Know on to the bad ,the atmosphere inside is not up to the level of a brand new car dealership! There are salespeople loudly speaking to eachother and on the phone cursing up a storm in plain sight off patrons couldnt believe this is a comfortable atmosphere for a family here . Also the level of complete unprofessional behavior to a paying customer by Hunter in financing completely flabbergasted me ! He asked me several times trying to sell me add on's like warranties , I politely declined and that's when It all went south he became completely unprofessional . He became frustrated and mad that I declined his offers, it rose to the level where because of how I was being treated I almost walked away from a done deal that is how bad I was treated by this individual. After all this was said and done he insisted I accept his apology and continued to act completely unprofessional trying to explain his reasoning for why he was mad. This individual should not be allowed to work in a customer service role as the way he treated me a paying customer is not up to par to dealing in a customer service role. Thankfully Clyde and Travis pulled me aside and completed the deal by taking over the paperwork from Hunter and finishing our transaction. I can honestly say because of this I will not be patronizing this establishment again or recommending it to friends or family .
Took my truck in for recalls and an engine noise. The truck was there for almost 4 weeks, and nothing was done to it. Spoke to 4 different "tech" advisors. Finally, after the 4th advisor, my recalls were done. My engine was never looked at because one of my catalytic converters needs replacing. They refuse to look into the engine noise unless I pay $2200 to have the cats replaced. My warranty does not cover the cats but does cover all engine work. I had to pay them $185, I believe(I have to check my invoice), just for them to call my warranty. They will try to rip you off any way possible. They told me my engine was fine. The noise is now louder, shoots blue smoke from the tail pipes, and I'm getting an engine warning that my oil pressure is too low to operate. My engine is obviously not fine. I left my truck clean and freshly washed, I received it dirty and covered in pine needles! They must have had it parked under a tree. Horrible communication throughout the whole process. The only advisor that actually called me was the 4th one. Update: I took my truck to a private shop, just as I suspected the engine was bad. 3 bad rod bearings. My warranty worked with the shop and my engine was replaced. This proves that Courtesy Ford was trying to rip me off. Bought the catalytic converters myself, cost me half the price Courtesy Ford quoted. Private shop installed them at no extra charge. This review is for the service shop only and not the sales team.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE. Of course the only time I could say the customer service from Courtesy Ford was decent was when they were looking to take my money on a vehicle. My Ford Bronco Sport unexpectedly would not start so they requested I have it towed in. My vehicle was loaded onto a tow truck and there was a solid three hours I had no idea where it was because my service rep Israel was so unresponsive and did not call to confirm it even arrived. I had to be the one to call and get confirmation from someone else on the service team who "thought they saw it arrive." They did not provide me a loaner vehicle and had arranged a rental vehicle from Hertz. I waited the entire day to hear from Israel when I could go to Hertz to get a vehicle, only to end up calling Hertz myself to be told I could have stopped by whenever. Israel also cannot seem to pick up the phone and give me any type of update via phone, insists on texting. Was the same way with Hertz, wouldn't just pick up the phone and would only communicate with them via email. Apparently picking up the phone and calling people and having decent customer service is lost on him. Have tried to connect with the service department manager TJ twice now who has yet to return my phone calls. My vehicle has been in Courtesy Ford's possession for over 24 hours and I have no update. An absolute nightmare. In the process of escalating this with Ford.
I purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta ST in late July of 2017, which immediately began leaking water inside the interior when the fall weather hit. I initially took the car to the dealer I purchased it from, but got nothing but the run around-and additional damage to my vehicle as the result. I thought I’d try Courtesy Ford, at the suggestion of a friend, but they were not willing to even look at the car-never mind it only has 5,500 miles on it and leaks quarts of water inside the vehicle when parked at certain common angles (such as my driveway, unfortunately). The photos I attached illustrate the accumulation in less than 24 hours as parked in the photos. I met with Kerry Copeland, the Service Manager, who appeared concerned and asked me to email him the details. I emailed him the same day, but did not hear back from him. I followed up with him at 7 days, but received no response. I followed up again at 14 days, and again-no response. Anyone considering working with this dealer may want to take a hard look at their expectations for professional conduct needs, in addition to whether Courtesy Ford will be willing to address new car warranty concerns. No response to my issue in over two weeks speaks volumes, in my opinion. Does any new car buyer deserve to pay over 20,000 for a new car and be told this level of product failure is acceptable?? Courtesy Ford believes the answer is yes.
I went to Courtesy Ford April 5th to test drive a Ford F-150. I rode around with David Townley, he let me take a truck home for a few days to see if it would fit into my lifestyle. Good thing he did because I fell in love with it right away! I'm a Realtor and I needed to feel comfortable driving around town showing houses. David was sensitive to the fact that I'm not the sole decision maker on large purchases in my home, so I left the dealership. David was very good at giving me space yet staying in touch. I have never owned a truck before and he was patient and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. After some extensive research, I decided what I trim and features I wanted and explained that to David. He located my truck in Everett Washington, it was the only one like it in 500 miles, so he sent someone up to get it the following day. The dealership had it to me that day shiny and blue. From the time I test drove a truck at Courtesy Ford to actually purchasing my truck, I had the opportunity to stop in and shop a few other local Ford dealerships. In the end, Courtesy Ford not only beat them in price, but they crushed them in customer service. I highly recommend David and Courtesy Ford and I will use them again! David Hughes was very courteous and professional. Best dealership finance person I've ever worked with!
I took my truck in to look into a coolant leak. They found it but because of the location they needed to drop the transmission and pour days of labor into it. While on my way home the shifting stick thing popped out of the floor and was no longer attached to the transmission. So I took it back, while stuck in 3rd gear. After getting it back to the shop I was given a round of, well we only replaced a hose so that had to be like that before. Until I pointed out the whole dropping the transmission thing. Then the agreed that if it was their fault they'll fix it. After they were done fixing that mess they had a driver drop offy truck for me. Which was cool cause I was at work and needed my truck that evening. The only problem is nowy truck was missing this panel thing in the corner. So I called them up and got another round of we didn't touch that so it must have been like that before. Eventually I told them to review the pictures they took when I dropped off the truck and low and behold it was there when I left and is missing now. In short, I like being gaslit by customer service, I don't like having to explain what they did or didn't do and sure as heck don't like my truck coming back in worse condition than when I dropped it off.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a Ford dealership. I brought my car to their Service Department in September 2022 because transmission was going out. After having my vehicle for over two weeks, they told me nothing was wrong. I told them there absolutely was something wrong, so they inspected again and they found out it was my transmission (shocker). They had my vehicle for THREE MONTHS! When I picked up my vehicle in January, the minute I started the engine, something was not right. I returned my vehicle the same day and they said the transmission holder/mount was going out and they had to order the part and it would be a couple weeks. The Service Advisor, Veronica told me it was safe to drive while I wait for the part. I'm going on 8 weeks and I haven't received one phone call or update! I have called weekly in hopes to reach someone, and I can't get a live person from Service to even take my phone call or return the handful of messages I have left. The Service Advisor, Veronica is way over her head and clearly must not be receiving adequate support. I would not trust or depend on this location for any of your servicing needs!
This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I ordered my vehicle through courtesy ford and signed an invoice that had the car I ordered with all options and a price. I was also given a $200 discount. When the car arrived I was to come down and get it. My family had come down with a bad cold and I was trying to put it off until we were better. Apparently getting it out of their inventory is more important than anyone’s health. I was also told the car is over $1,800 more and they wouldn’t not give me the $200 discount as I signed the invoice but they did not sign their part so it wasn’t valid. Although they did order the car so I assume there is a signed copy somewhere. If you choose to do business with courtesy ford make sure they send back signed copies. Let’s go to the final paperwork. After I declined the extended warranty he wanted to get me out of his office as quickly as possible. I asked for different plates and he told me I needed to call the dmv next week and I could change them to whatever I want and pay the difference. I have never had an experience like this and will never return to this dealership.
I want to give a shout out to Ashley at courtesy ford dealership in portland. She was extremely pleasant and helpful in purchasing my new aviator. She seemed to know a lot about all the suvs we had been interested in. After test driving a few we knew we had to go with the aviator. When they didn’t have the color combination in stock on the lot we wanted she was able to track down and lock in the perfect one for us. My son and I really thought she went above and beyond making us feel confident in our purchase. So much so that my son when we left said he really liked her and that she was really nice! I couldn’t agree more. Although she wasn’t in the day we signed the papers for the car and experienced a less than pleasant sales rep. When I called to tell her about it she did not hesitate to make it right and handled the sale with professionalism and grace. she went above and beyond to make me feel seen and heard and that is what every dealership should strive for.
I can't imagine a worse place. I brought my Bronco Sport in for two recalls. Only one was needed. They called me while I was out of town to say the work was done but there was a garage door malfunction and my car "runs and drives". I called back for clarification and they said they hadn't seen my car so I had to spend three days out of town worried about my car. They FINALLY fixed it only to have the ONE recall work they did cause actual issues for my car. Brought it back to them, they agreed there was issued but couldn't figure out why and would send all that info to FORD. That was two weeks ago when they Said they typically hear back from Ford in 3-4 days. They hung up on my initial call today. Left me on hold for nearly 20 minutes the second time. Left a message for their secretary the third time with a promise to hear back shortly. 4 hours later no word. Called again and was forced to a voicemail. One hour later I'm still waiting.
Service department is horrible, nearly impossible to get anybody on the phone or return calls, or reply on the messaging system they send messages with and tell you to reply. Appointments do not guarantee your vehicle is seen that day, it just gets you a drop off. If you need a vehicle you will need to secure your own rental for an unknown amount of time, and even with rental coverage it may or may not be covered depending if the service center says your car is drivable or not. I wouldn't advise service there unless you are able to operate without a vehicle until they get around to it and fix it. Don't rely on their word either, I was told mine would be ready and there was no need to get a rental, then was told it wouldn't be ready until after the weekend, and they couldn't guarantee they could get me a vehicle for the weekend. I just want honest and communication, but both those were not there this trip.
Brought my 2020 Raptor in for a service repair as the front differential was making noise and was having issues, Abel was my service advisor and he did a great job, that said it took over 4 weeks to get my front differential replaced (1 week was a Ford corporate issue) and that seems to be all they had checked out, after I got my truck back I still had noise but coming from the rear, called for help and never got a response back but during the work they mentioned I should get my rear differential and a few other routine maintenance services done for around $1200, had I done that I'm sure they would have seen the rear diff needed work but I opted out because of the cost, took my truck to Damerow Ford and they took care of it with no problems and were done in 5 days.Very dissatisfied with the overall experience but at least my warranty paid for most of my repairs
Let the buyers beware. Courtesy Ford sold me a Ford focus 2013, which almost immediately had transmission issues. We found out afterward that these cars are known for this issue. Very well known for this issue. Yes and they sold it to us anyway. Anyway When we brought it back for them to fix, they kept it for a week and then called us and told us to come get the faulty vehicle because the part was on backorder and might not be around for a year. We refused and left the car there. Several months went by and they did eventually fix it, but they had told us to expect a callback from whatever department it is, that could possibly do a buyback(We had requested this) but, no, nobody ever called us back. Of course. Beware courtesy Ford will take your money with a smile but they will not make it right if you’ve bought a lemon.
Do not use Grace as your finance contact. She lied and talked us into financing with Maps Credit Union because it was a better rate, it wasn’t (Maps has given us nothing but issues) after lying about the fact that I can’t even change a headlight in my bronco unless I bring it in and they do it for me, which was an outright lie. She’s only interested in up selling you. Then when we called in they wouldn’t return our calls. It took 4 months to get ahold of anyone and when we finally did all we asked for them to cover the refinance cost which is $150 and they told us there’s nothing they can do to compensate us even floor mats or a bronco cover. What started as an awesome experience with our sales person quickly declined after they realized we were purchasing a car then all the customer service disappeared
Even though I live in Hillsboro, Courtesy Ford is my go to if I want a great car buying experience. In our first experience with Courtesy Ford, we ordered a new 2011 Escape Limited in late 2010 and had a super easy time. The after purchase service (regular oil changes, minor body damage repair, and other maintenance items) were all taken care of with speed and ease at Courtesy. When I needed to make another purchase recently, I headed back to Courtesy. Clyde was the best! He is very laid back (no high pressure) and made me feel right at home. I just stopped in to get a closer look at a car I saw online and ended up driving away in a totally different (and much better) car. It was easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. If I need another car, I will be heading to Courtesy Ford.
I was dreading going through a dealership because I’ve always purchased 1-owner cars from private parties. But, I wanted a new Ford Bronco Sport. I contacted Courtesy and Thomas responded. I couldn’t be happier with how things went. Everything was via email with no pressure to call. Then, after negotiating a price I made the trip to Portland for a test drive. I met Thomas and found him to be approachable, calm, and pleasant - which I really appreciated! I felt relaxed the entire time with Thomas, which is amazing because buying a car can be a stressful experience. After Thomas, but before obtaining my new car, I did have the last minute pitch from finance to get a service plan (but I knew that would come and I was prepared to say no). I would recommend Thomas to anyone wanting to buy a new Ford.
We were in the market for a tow vehicle, did our research and found a 2021 F150 Lariat that checked off all our boxes. We worked with Hunter and we had a great, cooperative, no pressure experience. Hunter is a knowledgable and enthusiastic salesman. The Sales Manager gave us a fair allowance for our trade-in vehicle which freed us from the time and effort to sell on our own. Travis helped us with the paperwork end of the transaction which was quick and painless. Historically, my experience buying vehicles has been an unpleasant and pressured event. This experience with Hunter restored my trust and confidence that there are decent car sales people in the business. Thanks, guys! we'll certainly consider working with you again when we're ready to purchase our next ride.
I bought my truck a little over a year ago and had a transmission issue about 2 1/2 months ago. Took it in they had my truck 12 days. Got my truck back, instantly recognized that the issue was not fixed. Called to schedule to get it back in and they said there transmission guy was 2 1/2 weeks out. So I brought my truck in when they said there guy would be available and now my truck has been there 16 says untouched for the issue at hand and I got no calls or updates until I called and freaked cause I need a truck for some work and vacation. They already ruined my Memorial Day by having my truck and they still haven't even tried to make it better. This will definitely be my last time buying from Courtesy Ford. It's kinda sad everyone talked them up for nothing!!!
I was on a road trip from Illinois, and during my drive, my 2017 Ford Focus hatchback experienced a few issues that would be covered under warranty. Antonio was so helpful, patient, and thorough when he was walking me through the warranty proves. I've never had a new car, and I've never had anything with a warranty, and was STRESSED OUT about having car problems over 2,000 miles from home! I kept imagining being stuck in the middle of nowhere with a broken car. Antonio was really helpful in letting me know what was going on with the car and how they diagnosed and fixed the issue. The treatment I got at Courtesy Ford was just fantastic. It was very clean for a service bay, too. I wish I lived in Portland so they could be my dealership!
Bought a vehicle that had very low miles 34,000 2019 Camry asked for a chip repair when bought backed out on that when we agreed on final cost the changed price on papers and then would not honor what we agreed on so I paid more for it since the sales manager wouldn’t honor what was agreed on. Month later I took it to a body shop and the shop found a crack in the bumper that was fixed in properly. Called courtesy ford after trying to get ahold of them and never returning my calls I asked for the owner which of course he didn’t want do anything story to be told don’t buy a used vehicle from them is what I reccomend. Cause now I have to pay for a new bumper and paint and they will not Evan pay a small cut kinda disappointed.
Scheduled an appointment online while being on a road trip through the western U.S. and our Ford Escape needed the 70,000 miles maintenance. Easy scheduling process and friendly employees. I did not now that I book the service at Quick Lane and went first to the main Courtesy Ford service center. They kindly redirected me to the Quick Lane service (just the building around the corner) and so I was a few minutes late but that was not a problem. Overall I'm very satisfied with the whole experience from scheduling the appointment, getting the needed service to be done and also the price was fair! Would definitely go there again if I'll be ever in the Portland region and need something to be done on my Ford!
I bought a new vehicle here in 2012 and had great service with sales and the service department the entire time I owned the vehicle. Went to buy a replacement in 2022 and the salesperson presented me with a very high offer, and extremely low off on a trade in. Made it clear A Plan was not an option (Corporate Ford would disagree). Went to another dealership very far from home and purchased a vehicle same day. With an attempt to get service at Courtesy Ford recently, since they are closer to home, I was put on hold 3 times throughout the day with no response, just ringing. This place has gone downhill and I would not recommend them. Needless to say all service and future purchases will not be done here.
I took my truck for body work on my truck they took pictures and said they would send Email with cost and that they can start work on it the following Monday and a week later no no contact I called them and the same gentleman said he apologizes and he will send me the quote in few hours waited 3 days no quotes I called the dealer and asked to speak with a manager and a manager gave the excuse that they are busy and he would talk with shop and get out to me here I am a couple hours later and no email. This tells me a lot about the way they do business I don't understand how they can Evan have a running business if this is how they run! Wow I would not consider this place a honest place of business.
I've been a customer of this dealer, both for purchase and servicing since coming to this area 13+ years ago. Always loved Ford, not always their dealers but in this instance I have always enjoyed professional, no pressure transactions. In particular, their service teams are unsurpassed for knowledge, courtesy and excellent workmanship. They never try to upsell unneeded services (brakes a little worn, they'll last a few more months, let's reassess at your next visit, v. the all too typical "do it right away!"). Once I tried another dealership closer to home. . .lesson learned. "Courtesy" and respect for their customers come with every interaction.
My wife and I bought our 2022 6.7 Powerstroke Super Duty Platinum 4x4 from Courtesy Ford because they were the ONLY Ford dealer in the area that treated us like we were an actual person. No one else was willing to work with us at all. To them we were only a fat wallet. It was nice to be treated like a real person after the experiences we received at other dealers in the area. Because of their willingness to treat us like actual people, we choose to purchase our new pickup through them. I would go through them again without hesitation. The pickup has been wonderful. We've owned it for a year now and love it. Thank you Courtesy Ford.
The sales staff here is dishonest. I put a deposit down on a vehicle, and they said it was fully refundable. When I decided to back out of that deal and move to another dealership, what I was told was a refundable deposit was now suddenly subject to a restocking fee, which wasn't numerically defined in the deposit agreement. Now I have to battle them to get it back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Lastly, a pro tip to those in the market. Damerow Ford will beat Courtesy by at least $500 on any deal. Save yourself a headache and some money, go with them instead.
Worst company to deal with. They never have anyone in their service department to assist you. Their receptionist always asks if they can call you back because they are so busy! Furthermore, issues are never resolved, they always say they can't reproduce the problem and just want to return the vehicle. No one ever contacts you to go over any issues that might have been found when inspecting the vehicle... seems like a liability should something be wrong! Worst dealership to work with and I would never again purchase a Lincoln or any vehicle for that matter from this company!
Had a great experience with sales rep Sabina at Courtesy Ford. She was honest and patient with my apprehensiveness of getting a new truck. She promptly responded to me on a daily basis and provided me with information throughout the entire transaction. Ultimately, she facilitated a smooth process that allowed me to go through with my purchase, and I couldn’t be happier. I generally don’t anticipate such an encounter at dealerships from past experiences. However, Sabina was sincere, and provided a natural tempo to my overall decision. Happy F-150 owner here.
I’m Actually disappointed, I felt judged . Front desk lady was helpful. One older salesman was helpful kinda . EVERYONE ELSE IGNORED ME ! As a customer buying a vehicle at a dealership used to be a big Deal ! Now these salesmen act like the customer is selling To them ! I Work Hard everyday I walked in there with all of my credentials together ready to purchase ! I wanted to buy my Ford Raptor ! MY DREAM TRUCK . After That experience I feel it’s gonna be a while before I try to buy a truck again . Messed my day up & im totally dissatisfied.
Antonio Tydingco was our sales person for ordering a Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring Black Label. Antonio was to the point very friendly to work with, presented things as they were I highly recommend him.The vehicle was ordered on August 2022 and arrived in March 2023. Antonio walked us thru the purchasing process what to expect and spent the time needed to get us familiar with the vehicle's electronic characteristics, operations and other on the day of purchase. Overall we had a pleasant purchase experience at Courtesy Ford Lincoln
Run. Away. These guys sold me a brand new truck without heat in the dead of winter. It took 4 days and 15+ calls to get them to even acknowledge it, and now they’ve gone silent again. I’ve put in calls to everyone I can think to, including the owner, but no one cares. My truck is being serviced under warranty at another dealer now, but I still don’t have the truck I paid for almost a month on, or the slightest hint of real help from anyone at Courtesy. Is the name meant to be ironic?
Of all the dealerships we visited, our Rep, Thomas we the best. The car was warmed up and in a clean viewing room for us. As we progressed, he brought cars to us, and was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, hard-working, and communicative - awesome. The signing and warranty drill was not pleasant, and Courtesy Lincoln has a lot to learn here; be sure you are assertive and don't be intimidated and it should go OK for you. Not every car is going to explode the week after purchase.
Daniel was great during the booking process for the service on my Ford Edge. I had to take it in for work to be done on the Evaporative System which was covered under warranty. Brian did a great job ensuring everything was taken care of and my car gotten back to me in a timely manner. They are definable the people who keep people buying Fords after the purchase. Will definitely head here again. Thank you Daniel and Brian and anyone else who had their hands in the work.
I would give hunter 6 stars if I could. Hunter did an absolutely stellar job taking care of my husband and I ☺️ He found the bronco of my dreams and even delivered it to me and my husband. Convince 11/10 comfort 10/10. Hunter also took the time to show us all the cool features of my new whip. I will be staying a customer of Hunter’s and Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Just waiting for when we need that fits raptor ☺️ I hope hunter gets promoted or a raise as he deserves it.
I've called them 6 times in three months to have an airbag replaced for a recall of a recall they did a couple years ago, and apparently did incorrectly. I've never got a response. Every time I try the operator tells me there is only person who can book appointments. They send me to his voice mail. They never call me back. The cycle continues. It's been months. I'm not even sure anyone actually works in the service department. If they do...they're awful at their job.
Ashley and Gary are both amazing and miracle workers! They have helped me in a few different times I’ve bought at least 3 vehicles from them and they’ve always been very honest and helpful in every way possible. They treat me like family here. And to me they are family because they truly are the best around! Thank you Ashley and Gary for everything you’ve ever done for me it’s forever appreciated! And I’ll definitely be in again for my next set of wheels!
If you are looking for car I would 12/10 recommend going to Courtesy Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Hunter, Steven, and Dylan and all three of them were so incredibly nice and made the car buying process so easy. I have been to quite a few car dealer ships and this one was by far the best customer service, prices, and overall great environment. If any of my family or friends ask me where to go for a car, this would be my recommendation.
I don’t give this 5-star rating lightly! They made our car-buying experience a good experience from the very beginning. Alex (internet sales) was quick to respond, thorough with all our questions, easy to have help us find our “right” rig, and patient with all our texting and emailing. We live 3+ hour drive from this dealership, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex and Courtesy Ford if you’re interested in buying a new car!
We have purchased 3 trucks from Courtesy Ford. One was procured from another dealer, one purchased from inventory, and one factory ordered. Our salesperson Dave Townley stays in touch with us, and has been a tremendous help with ordering accessories, installation, and service. Dave works with Sherry Gaylord, they both are committed to quality service and support. Courtesy Ford has earned our respect and our business.
I went in over a year ago to check out the new Mavericks and was helped by Hunter. I wasn’t ready to buy, and he was respectful and informative even though I told him I wasn’t going to make a sale. A year later, I needed a new car and called and spoke to him and let him know I was considering it. He made the process extremely easy, showed me different options and helped me find my perfect new car! I’m very thankful!
Bought a new truck here, recently. The salesman, Matt was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I was sent to the finance guy, there was a last minute pitch for a service plan after I'd already settled on a finance plan. I was put off by that as with the last purchase it was pitched during the sale and I agreed. This time I declined, no big deal. Aside from that, I enjoyed the experience and love the truck.
Terrible dealer to work with. Unethical business practices. Agree on a price with sales manager and salesman, they then ask you to submit a credit app, run your credit, then come back and say the GM and Owner vetoed the deal and want an extra $1000 to make the deal go through. Would suggest not dealing with this company even if your deal is in writing - mine was and they still would not honor.
They will deface your car with a permanent "Courtesy Ford" badge on the exterior of your car upon servicing. These things are incredibly time consuming and tough to remove. The fact that they think its ok to deface personally owned vehicles with their badging for "free marketing" is absurd. The Better Business Bureau and the Oregon Dealer Advisory Committee will be hearing about this.
We had an excellent experience purchasing our F250 from Courtesy Ford with the help from Ashley. We were grateful for her knowledge and experience on how to build our vehicle efficiently. We hope to purchase another Ford with her in the future. We purchased new tires at the quick lane service and she followed up with us in the process. Always attentive and considerate.
I bought a 2023 Aviator Black Label here. Overall, there is Poor customer service at this location. In addition, I called twice about a warranty issue for exterior protection about 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for a call back...You guys need to step your game up if you want me to change this review. I would consider going somewhere else to purchase Ford / Lincolns.
I had another great experience at Courtesy Ford. Austin did a great job making sure I got the exact car I wanted. He helped me with questions on his day off and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Austin and Hunter made sure I got the best price for the car I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new car. Amazing customer service!!
I had a great experience with Courtesy-had to drop off my truck during my lunch hour and had transportation set up to take me back to work then back to dealership to pick up my truck. Really took the weight off my shoulders and stress of having to squeeze all that in. The service agent was polite, respectful and communicative, really went above and beyond!
trying to schedule a service on my vehicle concerning a RECALL and not a soul is picking up. I tried FOUR TIMES! does anyone actually work here? edit to add- tried a couple more times and still nothing. Conveniently the "customer relations manager" was not available. This is how you treat recalls that would result in my car catching fire if not fixed??
Took a while to get an appointment, but when I did, they did not have me on their schedule when I showed up for the appointment. Even so, the service department gave me the benefit of the doubt and made it happen. They fit me into the schedule, which I was happy about so thank you for flexing and finding a way to maintain the appointment.
Purchased an F150 remotely from Colorado. No-nonsense very competitive price given over email, sales rep kept his word, picked me up from Portland airport, quick purchase using Ford financing. This is the second new Ford I have purchased in the last few years and this dealership was great to work with as an out-of-state buyer.
Hunter Weigant is the best sales rep I have ever worked with! It was the easiest transaction we have ever had! This is the fourth car I have bought from Courtesy Ford. If you are in the market for a new or used Vehicle contact Hunter, even if it’s not a Ford they have a large selection of used cars on their lot.
I had my Maverick serviced at Courtesy Ford in Portland a few days ago. The people are great and the service was excellent. On top of that they offered free transportation to my home (so I did not have to wait at the dealership) and free car delivery at my home after the service was done. Highly recommended.
Alex contacted me shortly after inquiring about a vehicle on KBB and was set up to work with Austin. Austin was so easy to work with. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to test drive and it was ready to go upon arrival. The whole process was so straightforward and I left with a new car.
Service department held my vehicle for 7 months. 214 days without offering a loaner for the unreasonable duration of time and on top of this communication was next to zero until the 7th month. I would have to physically go into the dealership to get information on the vehicle.
I recently got my vehicle serviced and I am so happy with the quality of service received. The quality is outstanding, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford to anyone in the market for new or used vehicle and vehicle service.
Amazing service experience at Courtesy Ford! Advisors went the extra mile, repair completed to Ford specs so quickly. In a time when we’re all too often disappointed in customer service, this was a gift! The courtesy Ford service department really shines. Thank you all!
Courtesy was interested in making the sale, but there was no sales follow up to promises or questions. In part, I believe, this was due to the fact the people I was working with had less than 6 months tenure. But, this shouldn’t be an excuse for poor customer service.
I don’t trust the technicians at all they kept screwing my car up over and over again scheduling was a nightmare. The repairs that he performed we’re faulty and likely shortened the life of my car significantly. Do not go there at all. Avoid them at all cost
These people are some of the nicest people! They have sold us a truck. Sold us a used used vehicle and when problems Arose no one said they couldn’t help me. The staff is so friendly and I’ll definitely be recommending them and be a forever loyal customer!
If you are going to buy a car or truck from Courtesy ask for Jill Young. She is a car person and was more than helpful. Can't say that about everyone else. Jill pretty much saved the deal otherwise we would have walked out and taken our business elsewhere.
HORRIBLE customer service in the service department. I received my dad's car after his death. It had been sitting for a few years so I wanted an oil change and a few things checked out. It took 3 different attempts to reach a live person in
Best dealership in Oregon! Hunter went above and beyond for us, and got us the deal that we wanted when none of the other dealerships in Oregon could. They really made us feel like they cared about making us, the customer happy, rather
Didn't end up buying a car because of unexpected financial obligations, but when I was in the market they were very kind in answering questions, not pushy but helpful. Ashley is the type of saleswoman I like to work with. She's genuine
This has got to be the best Ford dealership in Portland. They made everything complete stress free, Agustín was amazing. He helped me find the right car for me and Travis in the finance office was super nice. Their manager Gary even
Brought my '17 Fiesta in for HVAC repair. Got home and noticed the invoice is for a '13 Focus, (not my car). Now my check engine light is on (wasn't before). Left two messages with service advisor and so far no call back. Overheard
Tyler was fantastic! Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. He delivered my dream car directly to my front door! If you are looking for a new car/Lincoln I highly recommend Tyler at Courtesy Ford Lincoln.
I've had good experiences here, both for purchasing and for service. It takes a long time to get a service appointment, but once I got my truck there it was fixed up well. Veronica was helpful and great to deal with.
Good people that will work with you. My favorite person to work with at courtesy wa Will the finance manager. Will made me feel at good about my warranty and explained EVERYTHING I should know about my vehicle.
Courtesy ford used to be good. Not so much now. Brought my brand new vehicle in multiple times for the same issue in the past four months. STILL NOT FIXED! Service rep. does not respond to voicemails or texts.
Oil Change light when on while we were traveling through Oregon. We got same day service with a smile and a car wash. And it only took a couple of hours from start to finish (while we at lunch). Great service.
Great buying experience. Alex was extremely helpful and didn’t pull any of the high pressure sales techniques that I have seen at other dealerships. Would definitely recommend him and courtesy ford to anyone.
I always thought Courtesy Ford was a company I would never do business with [vehicle purchase], but after doing some homework, they had just what I was looking for at a price I felt comfortable with.
Larry was great guy and easy to work with. He had paper work ready for me when I arrived. Grace the finance manager took care of it from there, It was simple and sweet. Thank you! Route 26 Fiber Inc.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean, spiffy showroom with comfortable amenities if you need to wait for anything. The parking lot is a bit snug fyi (with street parking as a backup plan).
Had a great truck buying experience with Thomas at Courtesy Ford. The whole process went smoothly and was stress free. Would recommend this dealership when looking for a Ford product for sure.
Another great service with Courtesy Ford. They never disappoint. I've been going for years and I am still satisfied. Their service keep me safe and on the road. Also, great customer service!
Been waiting on a Ford Transit for a bit now. Antonio and Sunny havr been very helpful answering all my questions and providing updates. Would recommend and work with Courtsey Ford again.
This dealership appears to be interested in sales rather than servicing vehicles purchased from them. I have been a loyal multi-generation Ford customer at this location.
These guys are idiots. I called, give the lady in service my VIN and she couldn't figure out what tire came with the vehicle. IDIOTS who know nothing about their product!
We bought a used Honda Accord from Hunter last month and had a wonderful experience. He was personable, helpful, and made the transaction easy and fast. Highly recommend!
Process was straight forward, Emiliano was very helpful and transparent and followed up on every question along the process. Very happy with my new Ford Lightning.
Sunny Patel is the man, knowledgeable, accomadating and professional. Customer service game is above and beyond. Would highly recommend checking this place out!!!
Bought a 23 Explorer last week and Sabina was such a great help and made the buying process so easy! I am so happy with the service I was provided at Courtesy!
Austin was my sales person and he did a great job in getting me in a vehicle that I was searching for. Thank you to Austin and Grace in the Finance department.
I enjoyed working with Chris on my car purchase and appreciate his candid no-pressure style. He's a car guy and relates with the auto enthusiast in all of us!
I was surprised I got in the day I called, Courtesy Ford did a great job in a timely way & helped me get my service van back on the road. Work done right:)
While browsing for my next car, Taylor Courtney was so welcoming and helpful. His conversation skills were great. His smile alone will bring me back!
Thanks to my salesman, Emiliano Gonzalez. I have the truck in my dreams! Everyone was very fan friendly, and the process was very fair and easy!
Sales & Tyler in finance did a great job getting me into the vehicle I wanted without a hassle. I appreciate the knowledge and fast service.
Avoid this service department at all costs. Unprofessional, zero accountability, took 2 months to get our vehicle back after THEIR mistake.
Thank you Travis, Christopher and Grace for getting me into my 2023 Lightning. Highest marks to this crew. I am incredibly grateful.
Highly recommend! Sabina and Grace were so sweet, kind, and made a long day worth it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Highly recommend! Chris, Steven, and Will had me taken care of from start to finish with the best rates and buyer experience!
The best Quick Lane in Portland metro area. When you need periodic oil changes and checks in and out in an hour, not four.
We had a great buying experience with a 2023 Mustang Mach-E through Sabina. The car was delivered and we really enjoy it.
My purchase of new 2022 F-150 in April 2023. List price 64k and knocked down only 4k to 60k for a year old new truck.
Fantasticx experience! My sales person Austin was very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend. Will be back.
For a car dealership, I trust them. They were the most personable. Their service center is also great.
Excellent service, vehicle ready on time. No complaints for over 20+ years.
