I had an awful experience here. Dropped off a black suit jacket with black central buttons. When I picked up the suit, one of the buttons had been been ripped off (probably in the cleaning process) and then replaced with a brown one. When I complained, they denied and they did not issue a refund. Poor service and dishonest people.

Firstly, I have to comment on the duo that is Cos and Rosie. What warm people! I took a load of different garments in to have saved if possible from damp. Cos managed to clean up all my garments to a great standard.
