I have suffered back issues for many years and recently developed a pretty bad shoulder issue as well, and someone recommended COREWORKS. I liked the idea of getting some physio for my shoulder and then moving into pilates for overall maintenance and care. I have been to many, many doctors over the years for treatment and I was totally blown away by Heather the physiotherapist. She really did some amazing things to me and got my back and shoulder on track. Heather is kind and attentive and a complete ninja in her work on your body. I knew immediately I could trust her. Eventually I made my way into pilates for private lessons with the owner Heather. She too is kind and attentive and of course knew my injuries and history as she consults with Heather, the physiotherapist. I had never tried Pilates and Heather was great at easing me into it. I could immediately feel what it was doing for my body. I have been going to Pilates for many months now, and I feel much better in my physical self. The biggest thing that Pilates has done is allow me to trust my body again. I get stronger and stronger. Heather is a great teacher, andI I look forward to seeing her for my sessions. She continues to take care of me and foster my betterment. I highly recommend Coreworks.

I came to CoreWorks, as I was suffering from back, neck, hip and shoulder pain. I started in Physiotherapy and now I also partake in Pilates. The combination of the two has helped immensely with daily pain as well as helped strengthen muscles my body literally never knew it had. I am in my mid 20s, suffer from mild scoliosis and recurring pain from whiplash, and was embarrassed when I would go to exercise or yoga classes and couldn't do half the moves, but now I am in group classes at CoreWorks and am comfortable with both Heather my Physiotherapist and Heather my Pilates instructor along with the people in my class, and able to do new moves each time I go to class. I would and have recommended CoreWorks to friends and family!

CoreWorks changed my life! I started coming here two years ago when I was struggling with postpartum core strength problems (with a lot of anxiety attached). Physio at a different clinic had only been semi-helpful, so I decided to try Pilates. Best decision I ever made. Heather, Pam and the team have worked on strengthening my whole body. I'm pain free and running longer distances and faster than I did in my 20s. They give you individualised attention even in the classes of 2, with a training program that's right for your body. I've never been the sportiest person in the room, but now I feel like I can take on any new thing (climbing, paddleboarding, what have you) and CoreWorks will support me through it.

I have been going to CoreWorks for a while now, and I actually like going to class! I am stronger, and my injuries no longer bother me. I think this is because the classes are small, so everyone gets individual attention and has their own program based on what they need. Also, when a family member needed physiotherapy, I decided to try the physio at Coreworks. The physiotherapist, Karen, gave a thorough assessment and specific treatment plan, and it was good to know that she works closely with the Pilates instructor , who takes you through a pilates rehab workout as part of Karen’s plan. I’d recommend Coreworks for physio, rehab, and a great workout. Next I’ll have to try the massage therapist!

I highly recommend Coreworks to everyone & anyone! It’s for those who may want to try Pilates to reach a fitness goal & for those on the mend & going through a recovery. The instructors here are extremely knowledgable & caring! The semi-private sessions are personalized, educational & ever changing. There has never been a moment where I have felt uncomfortable or out of place instead I leave feeling challenged & motivated! Check it out, you will be grateful you did. Thanks CoreWorks!

❤️❤️ CoreWorks! Space is super clean and love the one to one private sessions! Physiotherapist Romtin was very detailed in my initial assessment. Pilates instructors Christina and Heather are amazing! Very knowledgeable and able to explain each step for beginners like me. My favourite is the Pilates reformer! I feel great every time I finish a session so thanks for making me look and feel great! Highly recommend if you are looking for a Pilates / physio program.

I had been to a lot of Pilates studios before to help with a back injury, and never found anything that worked... until I started going to CoreWorks. They are so good at what they do! And the small, personalized classes make a huge difference! Not only do they make you work hard, and have fun, but they also helped me fully recover from my back injury. I'm now stronger than I have ever been. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate the small class size and personal attention I receive at Coreworks. Overt time, I have been able to target areas of my body that needed strengthening. Now I can engage in any activity I have an interest in (e.g. swimming with my kids, biking, gardening...nothing too adventurous!) and I know not only will I be able to do it, but also I won’t be in pain after.

Coreworks has been a great place for me to do Pilates, primarily because they are very individual in their approach to each client. I have several injuries and they constantly adapt to my physical needs. During my recovery I was able to maintain my physical strength and flexibility. I am very thankful for Coreworks and their staff for keeping me moving.

  • Rosemary White

Attentive, caring and expert Pilates team with flexible program schedules. Individualized programs for every body and ability. CoreWorks helped me pre and post total knee replacement surgery, with strengthening my entire body and improving my balance and gait.

  • Al Green Sculpture Studio & School

I love Coreworks studio for the individual approach to each client’s needs and for the small group classes of only two per session. This gives the personal attention I require as I have had some serious injuries and they adapt to each situation as it arises.
