Always neat and tight but very rare friendly! It is sad to see the consulate staff with this kind of attitude! No wonder that many people calls us "tough" or "rude". Our foreign ministry needs to reconsider the selection process of people who are eligible for foreign assignments and make sure they understand that they will be a kind of reflection of the country and its intres! Nowadays countries are fighting to get tourists, investors and any kind of positive feedback to get more attracted and engaged or motivated to go for germany...

Horrific service for notarizations of documents! Your website states that we need to visit VFS (Wafi Mall) to notarize documents. They rejected us. You then told us over the phone that we could come to the consulate without appointment for notarizations. We came, but you again rejected us. Your website DOES NOT allow us to make appointments for notarizations either. And every time I try to send you a message through your contact form on your website to make an appointment, I get an error message!

After my husband submitted applications and he got so sick. We had to get a surgery urgently and needed to go back to home country. I sent them several emails almost begging for help to get the passport back. I did attached medical report and did everything to prove. The cold blooded embassy staff simply sent us an email. “No exception” cancel the visa if you want your passport back. Is this okay for you to be so heartless with zero humanity? Seriously?

People here giving bad reviews are ridiculous. Learn how to make an appointment and which documents you need to have with you and you will have zero problems. We dealt with them numerous times and every time it was smooth and easy process (passport, marriage certificates, birth certificates...). Even during the peak of COVID we had no delays in provision of any document, either locally or from Berlin. Wish my consulate is so friendly and helpful.

I applied for D-Visa/ long term through service AlexRuCapcha, Telegram messenger, he need usually 1-2 weeks to get for you right time and date. I tried three months to get an appointment through the web-site. There is a section named Visa, no chance. He told he can also book an appointment for Working Holiday and C-Visa (Schengen Visa) .

I went for the visa interview, and I have to say that the timing for the interview call and the document verification was punctual and professional, respectively. The whole process was easy, and anyone with the apt needed documents could be at ease and relaxed as from the Consulate's side, there wouldn’t be any mishap. Excellent service.

Very Understanding and nice staff. email enquiries are answered within a day, and the process was painless. Telephone line is not working at the moment but the fast email response makes up for it.
