"I think they should improve communication with clients to better understand the procedures and documentation that one must bring, in my case I traveled 5 hours to arrive and it turns out that we couldn't do anything because the birth certificate has to be recent, and They don't tell you that on any platform"
"Very good service, I wanted to renew my DUI"
"The older lady who attends does it reluctantly, a little heavy, she does not help much, she makes the process take longer and she can help in another way to make the process faster, however, the man who works there is a very good person and looks for a way to help resolve the procedures"
"The best experience, these people treat you like a human being and are very professional, everyone recommends that you come, take your time, aka these professional people are waiting for you like friends and help you in everything, thank you very much, greetings"

Very good service, I wanted to renew my DUI... I called the number to make an appointment and they gave me the appointment the next day... from when I entered the consulate until I left it was approximately 20 minutes... the staff was very friendly, Very happy with the service, thank you.

Excellent service, the people who work there. They are efficient. They are fast. They help direct you in all the situations you need. They guide you and are very friendly. In fact, when you call on the phone they direct you in the best way.
I am very grateful for the help I received today from Norma J. Gomez Amaya! A patient, kind person, knowledgeable about his work and very fast! In general, the staff was very friendly during my previous procedures. Thank you for serving our
Terrible service, they take too long, they made me wait more than 5 hours with my baby and I drove 6 hours to be there, the lady who takes out the ID is a rude person and apart from that they renewed my passport in the same booklet just to
When I went to replace my passport, the person who attended was very friendly and even helped me look good in my photo, but this last time I went to replace my Dui, the lady was very rude and my photo is the worst. It had never happened to
Terrible service, I went to the consulate and they didn't want to assist me, they gave me a number to make an appointment and they didn't answer either. I waited an hour to see if they wanted to make an appointment for me and they didn't
They should help people when making an appointment, because many do not know the process but they only send the link as a screenshot. I think they should have people who are in charge of helping those who do not know or asking for help,
Very kind, in my case I have never had any difficulty. As a suggestion, the dui staff should relax and not be on the defensive. I imagine that sometimes there are users who need the service and are terrible and perhaps that tendency has
Terrible service They don't answer the calls, the music plays and after a while they give you a name, what a disgusting consulate and when you go there they pass you on reluctantly, as if they weren't paid they would pass by …
Visit us at the consulate for various procedures on Monday, March 6. From the beginning, customer service was excellent; We were provided with the information we required, a special thanks to Ms. Ana who was experiencing connectivity
They need a lot to have good communication with the applicants, in my case I traveled 5 hours to get to do a procedure and in the end it was not possible because I had to have recently left, something that is not even said in the
Bad experience, when you come in person they tell you you don't need an appointment then when you come again they tell you that you do need an appointment and with only the office being the truth is that people are arrogant
From the first time I came, it has changed a lot, they are faster and more efficient, there are more staff working and it is clean, and the service is very personalized... It is really much better than a couple of years ago
I called twice in different weeks and times and they answered me in less than 1 minute, very friendly and answered all my questions! I arrived and they helped me without an appointment, I didn't expect anything
With respect to the notorious Andrea, Porto is discriminatory towards us, I would like her to be removed from the consulate, she is not professional, I hope to no longer see her in that office, thank you
We need to pick up a document and there is no info on on the phone or website if the office is open. I have left messages and nobody returns the calls. We live 7 hrs away. Very unhappy with the service.
Customer service is ok,it takes a while but you know that went you come to this places you have to wait . The place is nasty really dirty I think that is never been clean since they open .
Called several times and was in hold every time. After being on hold there’s a clicking sound and then disconnects the call. Not sure what to do to get through to speak with someone.
Terrible service and very bad attitude from the lady who assisted us in the passport area. I think they should better train the employees who provide customer service.
Shame that with the best president in the world. We have the worst consulates in the Abroad. Nothing professional. People who are only there working for their necks
Bad service, those in the office gossip all the time, they don't care that people are waiting, and it is impossible to communicate by phone, very bad …
Very well I understand that you have to wait. Thank you for helping…. It's a shame they charge. I no longer understand… They will soon open one in Utah…
Terrible service, they are very arrogant and webones aside, they never answer the phone, very busy, they will have a hard time webones
Excellent service and the ladies who serve are very friendly, very patient and good people. Thank you!!! ❤️❤️ …
