Absolutely poor customer service from walking in the store this morning, purchasing and leaving from Debra. No acknowledgement at all. Didn't offer any assistance to anyone in the shop, as she was "too busy" unpacking clothing to serve. Will not go back.

Had the best experience at Connor Hobart CBD. We were after a particular look fir a wedding and Fran went out of her way to ensure we could get what we were after. Thank you again Fran for exceptional service.

I admit I often shop at this store. I just go in with a general idea of what I want, they assist me firm up what I want/need, then help me choose something suitable. Service is always very good.

99% of the time the clothes and the staff are amazing. One bad employee and jeans that have come apart at the seam and you lose two stars from normally exceptional service.
