The center give an appointment with someone one week before she left or they fired her. I had two session and as you know the first session is only assessment, means no treatment. After I finished the second session they booked an appointment with the same therapist for the next week and that therapist left the center the day after the second session. When I went to have my third session they told me that therapist left last week and if you would like we could assign you to different therapist, they didn't bother to call me and telling me that and I went for nothing and they refused to pay me back for the two sessions, which gone in vein because if I start with someone else means I have to start from the beginning

Le jour de mon rendez-vous, j'apprends que la physio que je devais voir ne travaille plus là. La clinique ne m'a pas appelé pour m'avertir. Pire, la clinique ne m'avait cédulé un autre rendez-vous. Quand je suis arrivé sur place, on m'a proposé 30 minutes avec une autre physio pour 100 $. La réceptionniste avait l'air de se foutre de ma situation. Avoir su, j'aurais pas attendu 3 mois. J'ai encore mal aujourd'hui. Allez voir ailleurs.

I have had the pleasure of working with 3 of your therapists over my years of injuries (unfortunately). Each one of them has treated me with excellent care and great exercise advise to get my mobility back and reduce pain. They were memorable: Dany, David, and now Monica. I am currently seeing Monica White for my right shoulder pain; As I have come to expect, I am on the road to recovery, each week improving. She is such a bright ray of light of positivity. ☀️ It is for this reason it is a pleasure to give an excellent Google review to CBI/NDG location.

If you hurt - do yourself a favour and just GO. I've been going to sessions for 3 months now, gotten so much better and I have had nothing but the BEST of care. Attentive and professional while being super friendly and welcoming. I would 300% (you heard the math!) recommend for any of your physical distress needs. I've been consulting with David Strenger and he's been top notch. Fight inertia! Don't wait for a year like I did - that was the dumbest thing ever when the solution was so simple. Just be good to yourself eh?

I went 4 times with no result. And he kept telling me that next time it'll be better and it seemed like he just wanted us to come for the money. Dan would do 30 minutes or 40 at the most and start helping his next client while we we're there waiting. We asked for a program to follow and instead hed give us one exercise that wouldn't help and tell us to come back in a week. Id watch as other people would start their session before us and still be worked with while we were "done".

The best place for physical therapy! I went there for a sports injury and the staff was so warm and helpful. They had great availability and the exercises they gave me were personalized to me and it helped be get better faster. Would recommend 100%, DEFINITELY worth the travel, even though I had a closer physio to my house it was worth it to go to them!!!

I have worked with two different physiotherapists (Erin Burns and Eric Ellemo) and both have been superb. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and they are athletes themselves and so they understand what it means to get a runner, swimmer or cyclist back in the saddle where they're happy. I highly recommend this clinic!

If I could give a 1 star I would. They “forgot” to book me in although all my information was taken down. Didn’t look into what went wrong ie. time of their receptionist calling me, etc. It would have been my first appointment. Unimpressed with their professionalism and attempt to make a situation right. Will not be visiting this clinic.

Would not even consider giving me an appointment without paperwork. Went to Action Physio down the street and was given an appointment and told that I can bring my papers to my appointment. I work for Canada Post. Instant loss of a customer who needed attention. Poor customer service and a foolish policy. Good luck and good bye.

Booked a massage for a friday night. However, got it rescheduled due to the masseuse cancelling. The rescheduling process was pretty tough. Arrived at the appointment, and turns out they gave me the wrong time and made me pay full price for half an hour. Massage was great but service was not up to par. I expect better

My fourth time at Concordia Physio Sport ( different injuries ), every time has been great. People are very helpful and professional. Walk in sore and hurting, walk out feeling better. This time I was helped by Eric, great guy, great physiotherapist. Thanks to all.

A very cold and indifferent reception when I called. Seemed to be only interested in whether you wanted to make an appointment while volunteering no information about the facility. This place desperately needs a revamping in its attitude towards new clients.

They still discriminate against people who won't wear a face diaper. Mask don't work. They never did but somehow these clowns think they do. Never will go there again. Found another therapist that laughed when I told them about this place. Brainwashed.

Top notch physiotherapy, occupational therapy and sports therapy. Several doctors have a small practice in the clinic and that really helps out if you need surgery.
